Collars getting tight on the Stampeder bench....
-
The game may well be decided by breaks.

American pretend beer.

Without the snow, I would have given a big edge to the Stamps, but now its even Stephen. Running game ought to play a big part, and I think Ray is a more accurate passer than Mitchell. For the Stamps, if Messam doesn't get it done, they are scrooged.

Didn't he become a rather sarcastic doctor?

The joker in this deck is that we do not know how the job descriptions are laid out- specifically if O'Shea makes the final decisions on who goes out onto the field or if that is left to Hall on the defensive side. Knowing this would certainly help us figure out who to hang.

The Bombers were struggling before Nichols went down due to Hall's defence and/or the quality of the players he had to work with. Nichols and the offence had to score a ton of points to keep ahead of the flaccid defence, and if the defence was even average, Nichols would have run away with MOP honours.

Truth be told, darned few CFL teams shone this year. All went through times of struggle, so it often came down to whoever made the fewest bonehead mistakes during the game, and yes, that reference included the coaches.

Now all we need do is sign him as director of scouting.

We see things not as they are, but as we are.

What does it say about a player who ups his game only when in the last year of his contract?

So far as I know, it was always about the money. Loyalty is nice but it doesn't buy the RRSP's.

It's always evening somewhere.

Riders got what their arrogance and dishonesty deserved. In the end, they beat a poor team and lost to a mediocre one.

Well, now we will see if the Argos deserve to play next weekend.
