Somehow Reubens was still acceptable to the entertainment industry after his arrest at a childrens' movie theatre incident.

Chris Jones is an example of the "Peter Principle" where someone does well at something and is promoted until s/he reaches a level of incompetence and is left there.

Apparently one of the defences that the Trump legal team is going to use is that Trump's impeachment "trial" in the Senate (which acquitted him) consitutes a legal trial and therefore he cannot be re-tried on any similar offence (double jeopardy). A laughable concept but that is what they are reduced to.

Well, that's one way to describe it.

RedBlacks in trouble now. I had chosen them to win tonight but did not know Mitchell would be playing- not that he is setting the game on fire. -

Looks like he is carrying a fair bit of ballast. -

Ottawa's receivers are underwhelming. -
Its Florida, and therfore inevitable. Ironic that a state with a large Jewish population has become a hotbed for fascism.

Potential running mate for Trump.

But did you pick up that Ken is Barbies's gay BFF?

Somewhat surprised that Mitchell is back so quickly, but I think his stamina may be an issue. Hope we get an entertaining game. -

In the two RedBack wins, he did make some nice passes, so it seems he has the arm and accuracy. It will probably come down to his intelligence and ability to read CFL defences. -

Amost from beginning of their corporate rock career, they detested each other and even came to perfomances in separate vehicles at the last moment before the show. They did not practice in person, but only with recorded tracks of each other. Their roadies called them "the Egos".

Trump's lawyers spent two hours with DOJ's prosecutor Jack Smith today, but no one is saying what this was about or what came of it. In related news, it has been reliably reported that a Mar-A-Lago employee has come forward stating that he was told by Trump to delete surveilance recording there. This is a smoking gun.

Big time saver, too. Opening those packets really gobbles up the seconds.

'We’ve fallen off a cliff': Scientists warn Atlantic currents could collapse as early as 2025 "It is very plausible that we've fallen off a cliff already and don't know it," said one researcher. The system of Atlantic Ocean currents that drive warm water from the tropics toward Europe is at risk of collapsing in the coming decades, an analysis of 150 years of temperature data published Tuesday concluded. "The Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), which includes the Gulf Stream, is a major tipping element in the climate system and a future collapse would have severe impacts on the climate in the North Atlantic region," states the study, which was published in the scientific journal Nature Communications. Although the analysis notes that "assessments by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), based on the Climate Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP) model simulations suggest that a full collapse is unlikely within the 21st century," the study's authors "estimate a collapse of the AMOC to occur around mid-century under the current scenario of future emissions." "We show that a transition of the AMOC is most likely to occur around 2025-2095," the paper states with "95% confidence." https://www.alternet.org/weve-fallen-off-a-cliff/
