Except the one game where all the credit card machines went down and they said “All our machines are down, we only accept cash, do you have any?” about one month after they said they were no longer accepting cash in the COVID season. I have never heard a specific question “Why would I bring cash when you told me you longer accepted cash?” repeated so often in one day. Also never have had a question go unanswered as much as that one. Think the 50/50 was the lowest payout ever that game.

Ok, I will let you have a chance at cherry picking too. I’ll ask the same question that I asked Mike before that he deferred on. When and in what way has O’Shea’s roster management actually led to a loss in the last few years? Other than benching Collaros for rest late season, or Liegghio just being rostered as our kicker in the Grey Cup (since it’s not like we had a back-up kicker rostered on the sidelines who he refused to play). O’Shea may not abuse the new rules like some wish he would, but can you really question the severity of the problem given his results? But some here say we win despite him, not because of him, and that this specific failing of his will surely lead to a loss. So when did it ever in the past, especially in the Grey Cup run? Because I just gave a concrete example of an instance where it did the exact opposite.

Ironic that for all the “putrid roster management” angst around O’Shea that “is going to lead to an inevitable loss at some point”, his big roster move last game was keeping McCrae in even after Demski’s return and sidelining Agudosi. Lo and behold when Grant went down we had the right replacement rostered for him and the game was sealed on the missed field goal return. That roster management move was a straight line direct contributor in the win.

Like Bomber fans ripping off “True North” from Jets fans, or the “Glorious and blue” rip off of Saskatchewan’s “glorious and green” from a few years back during the anthem?

Man, Vegas just does everything that much cooler than anywhere else. Can’t wait until Christmas when they turn it into a big snow globe. Apparently the entire inside is also a video screen and speaker system. U2 is in residence there from September - December (minus Larry Mullen Jr) for 25 concerts re-playing their Achtung Baby album. Ticket prices are obscene.

We can keep throwing out suggestions, but I don’t see one topping Maier McCheese. Sometimes you just have to tip your hat and concede the win to the superior player. This may be the most brilliant nickname since Kamau Incompleterson. That one is in the Hall of Fame.

And yet we managed to fit him in with our top 2 receivers pulling in $425K and a QB adding another $600K to that total, which exceeds Edmonton’s $908K when you add in Cornelius (now THAT is the real overpay at $392,000!). Roster management! 😁
