  1. Fair point but they do stink and really suck. Yes I'm a toddler.
  2. Tom Clements stepping down as Packers' QBs coach after working with Favre, Rodgers and Love All the best #2. Bomber for life whether you want it or not. 🙂
  3. Ask @Noeller he blocks everyone. 🙂
  4. I like that Heinola is getting a shot at pp2 to hopefully showcase is offensive talent on the blueline. Now what has to happen is the Canucks need to take penalties unlike the AVs who took none last game.
  5. Whoever it is (this includes playoffs as well), customize/adjust your offensive playbook to the talent you have, control the line of scrimmage, establish/maintain the run with BO the best running back in the league , distribute the ball with intermediate passing setting up kill shots as they come. Use your existing QB stable as appropriate. Limit gimmicky plays, I.e, please no decoy plays, use depth when needed, be patient, don’t panic, be flexible when needed, don’t just surround yourself with yes people and don’t be a yes person to others when it can negatively impact the team. Easy peasy.
  6. And based on how straightforward all of this I'm assuming in the spirit of being upfront with your existing rostered players MOS/coaching staff let Wilson and Dolegala know from the get go there was no way they were seeing the field (sans short yardage) other than if Zac was hurt enough where there was no way he was returning? Because, as some here post, Wilson/Dolegala are not good enough coupled with MOS's loyalty approach to people who have earned it in his books. So basically Wilson/Dolegala played the role of an emergency back up goaltender that you see happen in the NHL at times? Not a great model imo.
  7. His first couple of steps are slow and because of that puts him in a pickle more often than not.
  8. Then it would seem loyalty can sometimes get in the way of responsibility, i.e ensuring coaches are putting the appropriate players in the appropriate positions for the team to be successful. Really tough decisions sometimes, especially during a game, but that’s what professional coaches are paid to do.
  9. Please ante up for Holm. He’s the total package imo. His style of play and demeanour brings so much to this team. He is not dime a dozen.
  10. Watching the Eagles Packers game, starts with a vicious and I mean vicious head shot commentator says great hit on the ball. Not what I saw.
  11. I’d have to go back and rewatch the game to confirm but it seems Arniel wanted to have the first line out when Stanley and Coughlan were on the ice. Wonder how much matching the O lines with the D lines goes on?
  12. Okay that’s obvious to most here who have observed MOS but still does not negate the point about the importance of depth use just confirms live and die by the sword can come with its drawbacks and I’m a huge MOS fan.
  13. Yes that’s MOS’s modus operandi but I’m not sure what your point is? We have depth for a reason, not to just stand on the sidelines hat on backwards charting stats. And I’m not really not trying to give MOS a hard time here but some posters are making/implying the claim the game was over the second ZC injured his finger. That’s simply not true/can’t be confirmed because the choice was made not to deploy our depth when he came out of the locker room after getting his finger checked.
  14. Your last sentence never happens around here.
  15. We’re talking about that defining moment, when MOS and crew chose to put ZC back out after getting his finger checked out. It wasn’t too late then but none of us will know how things would have worked out if MOS and crew chose to deploy their depth at that exact moment. Might not have worked but then again might have. Don’t know.
  16. So you’re saying there’s a chance.
  17. Really impressed with how Kupari played last night. With some polishing and some consistent play on his part the LA trade just gets better and better.
  18. Coughlan is struggling tonight, Perfetti I don’t think has won one board battle. Ok I’ll stop.
  19. Makar and McKinnon are absolute beasts. But still love me JM. He is such a smart hockey player. Hockey iq off the charts.
  20. Yup like saying Stanley is a good defenseman if he was in the AHL.
  21. That 4th line is interesting.
  22. Hmmmm if we had tried all three choices, I.e., Zac starts, plays then gets injured, sit Zac, put in Rookie, doesn’t work, sit rookie, put in JD, doesn’t work, we lose. Then your above statement about we doomed would be factual. But we didn’t use our depth, we chose to stay with an injured finger hard to throw Zac. We will never know what would have happened i.e No one will ever know for sure regardless of one’s opinion of what would have happened if we had sat Zac and deployed our depth.
