I'd like to see the stats on this as what is included in TV watching? Does it include screen time on the smart phone watching everything under the sun that is videoed or is it broken into different types of programming or? The point is it's probably a bit more complex than TV watching is down across the board.

Are we saying if he was on tape saying he de-classified lessens the seriousness of this?
