  1. I assume we’ve submitted our over the cap fine payment to the league head office?
  2. Knuckle draggers are unable and unwilling to read reports such as this to help inform them. They just use these factually driven reports to support their 'cause'. We've got to the point in history where factually driven reports actually embolden factually resistant people to keep doing what they're doing led by people like PP, Theo Fleury, Jamie Sale etc etc. It's weird and bizarre that reliable and valid facts coming from the best sources of truth with limited bias helps entrench 'it's a lie if it doesn't fit into the way I see the world' people even more.
  3. There is a whole lot of smart football people on this site that believe the Argo's are elite and grade at or above us. Yup they are GC champions. Makes sense obviously. But as a lifelong watcher of the CFL and a HardCore Blue Bomber fan, I really believe the Argo's as I see them currently are being overrated based on watching them years previous to date. I'll take the 'I told you so's' come this season if the blow thru the league with ease but I don't see it. Here's hoping a a poster like me can revisit this post about 3/4 into this coming season and highlight where the Argo's currently find themselves in the standings. And yes this is seen thru my hate lens of them.
  4. Regardless of location, F'ing Columbus whatever jackets!!!?? It was suppose to be that free bingo card space. Oh well, scrub this junker from memory and move on.
  5. Well put. Way better than saying they're all bad.
  6. Wow, this is brilliant.
  7. Socialism bad! F Trudeau! Freedom of Speech! No Censorship! Support Hard Working Canadians! Make Canada Great Again! Donate here!
  8. You're being way too kind. You can add a whole lot more words to the above bold.
  9. As the rural and urban knuckle draggers of Alberta (and other provinces across this fine Country of ours) get sucked right in . . . This is their 'research'.
  10. A tremendous amount because they truly believe (read $$$) every mass shooting proves their point that the solution is more guns and less regulation. My right to bear arms, more good guys with guns than bad guys with guns. That's where we're at.
  11. Simply having a side thought on something doesn’t automatically make it legitimate and worthy for discussion. It seems absurdness, drivel and lunacy believe they deserve to be at the adult table just cuz freedom of speech. That’s not how (no matter who you are) intelligent discourse works.
  12. My guess is his idea of going for it probably doesn't align with how we see the Jets going for it. 🙂 We should have a Jet emoticon like we do with the Bombers to reply to messages.
  13. It's not only self-identified loonies mutually reinforcing each other in plain sight. It's also some people presenting themselves as not supporting these loonies with a quick 'yea they're bad' and spend a lot more time and energy coming in real hot slagging the ones calling out these loonies because 'everyone's bad' and we aren't seeing it and/or acknowledging it. In reality it reinforces these loonies by casting attention away from them, diminishing the enormous negative impacts they are having on our our social fabric of human interaction.
  14. Khari Jones being fired from Montreal is turning out to be a blessing in disguise for him personally. We obviously need Montreal to right their ship for the health of this league.
  15. Well at least Trevor Harris is playing some of the best football of his life.
  16. What I greatly appreciate with Bailey’s play is he doesn’t F around on the field. He’s all business and straddles that line (mostly successful) that separates being a fierce competitor to being a **** head (see Rider players for examples). He plays like he’s constantly trying to prove himself.
  17. And to break that down further, identifying areas where the Argos play was the reason we played crappy and identifying areas where it had nothing to do with the Argos play, it was purely self-inflicted.
  18. Yup, likes to throw into coverage as well. Prukop is dead to me. Kidding, thanks for your contributions, good luck in your future endeavours. Next man up please.
  19. Here's the issue as I see it. Someone expresses their hate, their lunacy, their absurdness, their drivel void of any factual information and critical thinking. This someone is anyone. It happens with all types of people depending on the issue at hand. They then are rightfully called on it. Over my life time, I've been called on my absurdness and I've deserved it. If anyone says they've never expressed drivel and been rightfully called on it they are fooling themselves. Nowadays there's a huge shift in how we deal with absurdity. Something remarkably happens now. Others come in hot saying the people who are calling out this lunacy aren't showing civility and aren't willing to hear other perspectives. The problem isn't the absurdness being expressed. The problem is calling out the absurdness. That to date is our current landscape.
  20. Worst moment of the Superbowl, camera pans to the box where Musk and Murdoch are chowing down on dogs and Fox broadcast commentator remarks there's a couple of brilliant minds. Cringe, barf.
  21. Yup. Replace Beer with a nice glass of dry White Wine and you got yourself a deal fellow true Pegger.
  22. They had 11 days off so that's off the table. Not that I closely follow the logic of scheduling NHL teams and the match-ups but this was a very weird scenario where you have a team with an 11 day layover playing a team on the 2nd half of their back to back games. Imagine if the Jets lost, yikes. The press on that would have been interesting.
  23. All sizzle no steak. Yet another 'last step, something's coming' report. What evs. Bluster, bravado, and cowardice all wrapped into one. Do your f'ing jobs or shut the hell up. Santos handler's crisis management response to this latest fiasco: 'Ahh no, actually it was the Pope. Rep. Santos misspoke. We apologize for the confusion'.
  24. Kari Lake, an excerpt taken from an interview with Piers Morgan, : "I'm fighting for the people of Arizona," Lake said. "In Arizona, I can't walk 10 feet without an Arizonan saying, 'I voted for you, everybody I know voted for you, our ballot was rejected on Election Day, please keep fighting for us.'" Yup gotcha, thanks Kari, obviously case closed , your Honour we submit this statement into official court record as clear and factual evidence with 100% merit and validity to prove this election was stolen from Kari Lake. ffs
