Yup. Hope that's what this is and nothing more deeper problematic.

Negative Nelly here. Welp. Playoffs aren’t a lock. Please just make the playoffs. Playoffs aren’t a lock. Please just make the playoffs.

No sir, my individual right to receive a whopper promptly and within the timeframe I want trumps everything else. Sheep.

What's always more telling than the original tweet is the comments underneath heavily supporting what you say here. Distract, confuse, lie. Thank you social media.

Danielle Smith is a great example that being a polished articulate calm communicator DOES not always translate into being an educated and informed person on complex sensitive matters requiring critical thought controlling for one's political ideologies. It just means you're great at articulating your drivel and really great at selling bridges to the mouth breathing knuckle draggers who seem to like to part with their money on things they think will punish others.

Buckle up, hold on it's a ride.

Latest headings we've seen in many different varieties over the years: ‘It’s a major blow’: Dominion has uncovered ‘smoking gun’ evidence in case against Fox News, legal experts say. Let's just tally this up. By my calculations, this latest heading pushes the tally over the one million mark that Trump, his family, his enablers like GOP Senators, Fox etc have been caught dead to rights. Also, let's tally up the number of serious charges laid, convictions achieved with serious consequences against Trump, his family, their enablers like GOP senators, Fox etc. By my calculations, let me crunch the numbers: 0

2022/2023 Off-Season (League/Non-Bombers-specific News)
HardCoreBlue replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Fair enough I'm definitely not as skilled as others in evaluating talent but Toronto comes across as a group of individuals with loads of talent not a team of individuals that have each others back. Hopefully I will be here come 3/4's into the season suggesting I may have been on to something. Hey if they are the best team on paper and prove it next year as a certain poster has stated here, I'll be the first to be a sore loser but accept defeat. However if the opposite happens I will be the first here to be a sore winner. All in good fun of course. -

Next time you see him put a tin foil hat on and ask if you can join his 'crusade'.

Yup absolutely. Credit to him. At the end of the day that's what its all about. It's just what I've seen of him having conversations with others he just comes across a very uncomfortable intense weird guy to be around versus a good kind of weird to be around. But that's just my take. Plus I hate the Argo's and hope they go from champs to chumps in a very short period of time while of course building their fanbase to help this league survive and thrive. :-) -
I’m skeptical.

Based on the recent history with the effectiveness of subpoena's, this matters why? Maybe they don't show, maybe they eventually show and plead the fifth and provide nonsensical nebulous testimony when they don't plead the fifth. For some Senators, for Trumps family and their highly influential enablers, this seems to be a pretty sound strategy in how they continually evade accountability and responsibility for their words and behaviours.

Like a lot of things in life it's choosing the lesser of the two (three, four five etc) evils because sometimes (alot?) the gaps between them are quite large/significant.

2022/2023 Off-Season (League/Non-Bombers-specific News)
HardCoreBlue replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Unbeknownst to some of us pleebs, the Argo’s are the best team in the league on paper and now with MBT announcing his plans there will be a big void to fill. Yea he was such a dominant QB in this league. Offseason sucks. May/June can’t come soon enough. -
And just to close out this one out, here's a regular sentence I see a lot with knuckle draggers that tells me a lot about Americans: 'Despite the confrontations, Eastman easily won reelection in his district last year'.

O’Leary: MBT’s leadership tough to replace: What the Toronto Argonauts might miss the most about McLeod Bethel-Thompson is his unique leadership, says http://CFL.ca senior writer Chris O'Leary. Riiighhht unique 'leadership' is exactly what I saw on TO's sideline and pressers with MBT leading the charge. -
Hope so because the central is tight tight tight. We go on the opposite of a heater and we could be looking from the outside in. I don't care where we finish, just make the damn playoffs and anything can happen. And yes, Mr. Chevy helloooooooo??? (yea I know he absolutely adores fans giving him advice).

My worry at this point is just making the playoffs let alone worrying about what happens in them. Call me a nervous nelly lifelong Jet fan.

Just a little bit more on this prick taken from Newsweek: Democratic Representative Cliff Groh, who used to work as a prosecutor covering child abuse allegations, said he was "disturbed" by Easterman's comment. Representative Sarah Vance, the Republican who claims the House Judiciary Committee, said Easterman, who doesn't serve on any committees, had been at the hearing "at my invitation." According to the Anchorage Daily News, she added: "I wished that he asked questions with a little bit more sensitivity to the listeners and how they're perceived, and I can have that conversation. "But he's there on his own accord and only represents himself." Vance later suggested Eastman had been trying to make an argument against abortion, which some consider to be "child abuse." Speaking with the Anchorage Daily News via text message, Eastman said: "I was pleased to hear ACT advocating against child abuse, but a child's value comes not from future productivity, but from the fact that every child is made in the image of God." Newsweek has contacted Eastman to ask if he stands by his original remarks. Eastman, a former soldier, was reelected to the Alaska House of Representatives in November 2022. A lawsuit was filed attempting unsuccessfully to bar Eastman from office due to his membership of the Oath Keepers, a right-wing paramilitary group. A number of Oath Keepers have been convicted over their role in the storming of Congress on January 6 2021, it a bid to stop the 2020 presidential election result being certified. Eastman was present in Washington, D.C. that day but there is no indication he took part in the disturbances, which he condemned. He later promoted a discredited conspiracy theory, suggesting the violence could have been committed by left-wing movement Antifa.

House of cards. Depending on who you are, Acts like this, subpoena's etc mean nothing in the current US political climate.

I think your last sentence makes your second sentence question moot.
