I really trace this devolution back to hearing Kelly Anne Conway formalizing the term alternative facts January 22nd, 2017. Reality, fact and critical thinking as most sane people understood it has regressed since then.

Knowing it has differences and complexities, it's continuing to be very frustrating watching most if not all all of the over pro sport leagues play but not the CFL.

Elliotte Friedman was reporting that no Canucks to date have said they didn't want to continue playing implying it is a players choice to play it out. Not sure how accurate this is.

Defensive play of the game goes to Trevor Lewis's play on Drouin to save a goal and then Drouin taking a penalty on Lewis. Beauty defensive play. These types of play may not be flashy but they make coaches very happy. Oh yea and icing on the cake was seeing the face of Corey Perry in the tunnel just learning he was assessed a 10 minute misconduct and was done for the game. Priceless.

What astounds me is how openly these nutbars like Gaetz and company on an ongoing basis for the last 4 plus years openly taunt the Justice department. What is going on here? Yea I know investigations take time blah blah blah. This guy should be in shackles crying to an interviewer in jail. Frustrating.

Yea I’ve recently wondered how many people are out there presently doing really bad things others don’t know about who know it’s wrong, feel bad and want to stop versus others who could care less if it’s wrong, don’t feel sorry at all and hope they never get caught.

Wow. It seems every time I check the BlueJackets scoreboard as Atkinson is in my hockey pool, Roslovic is usually there with a point or more. Obviously that doesn't necessarily mean he's showing well but wow, no room for error it seems with Torts.

The part I always enjoy is when they have former coaches on providing their analysis of the game at hand. I really liked when they had on Lapo and Benevides going at each other from an offensive and defensive perspective and how they would try to counter each other using the specifics of the game to argue what adjustments need to happen. Very entertaining imo.

Laine has shown he can be very hard on himself, his confidence becomes fragile thru stretches. To break out of these funks he seems the type that better responds to PM's type coaching (player friendly) than JT's type, i.e., I don't give a flying F who you are. Good luck.

Can't really blame him or other players/coaches etc. Unfortunately way too much uncertainty with the CFL, he's got to take care of himself.
