So when we look at ZC and AB in their current abilities, is there equal levels of confidence in having them on the field? Imo AB (whom I love) is showing more regression than ZC (whom I also love). What do the real experts think?

Shocking said no one ever. Hope he comes back to the CFL but not looking forward to the potential storyline TSN cooks up to pump his tires. Looking forward to seeing him with his palms up then fighting like a seven year old with an Olineman after the whistle.

This is a very confusing post. After using technology to determine the right call, you just clumped the black and white calls into the grey calls. Doesn't work that way. That’s like clumping the statement orange is a better colour than red with the statement 1 +1 = 2 after verifying their accuracies.

In this case I don’t blame the field judge. It was a very quick bang bang play. But as I’ve said this is exactly why they introduced a coaching challenge into the game. But there is obviously something very amiss with what is happening in the Command Control which is baffling cuz it ain’t that complicated most times. Technology if used appropriately is a good thing.

TSN needs to work on better diversifying when marketing our great game ie use Rourke but temper it with equal focus on other players and other great aspects of the game and just drive home these messages constantly to help attract more bums in the seats and increase sponsorships so I don’t fill like killing myself after seeing the save on commercials over and over and over again. Yup it even had Forde and Nielsen a bit gobsmacked after watching the replays that it wasn’t overturned. White never secured the ball. And I understand why the field refs called it a catch but this is a perfect example of why coaching challenges were brought into the game but something is obviously amiss in cc land. Yup he's not JG but I would argue he's reliable, smart heads north and south and doesn't try to get fancy. Gets us positive yards, good ball security.

I remember the 3 second rule (if there was/is actually one) ie secure the ball for three seconds after the catch it’s a catch but I could be making that memory up in my mind. lol

Yea I like that. Keep him in after a successful short yardage play and let him be a qb with a full passing and running play package. If there is something wrong with him tho ie injury we need another qb who is able to play at 100 percent. Who is our third string qb btw?

Great point. The only difference is Wilson’s hit the turf but it seemed Wison turned after he caught it so surviving contact is moot and more of a fumble and recovery?

What’s the downside of bringing in Strev for a couple of sets even if it doesn’t work? I love Zac always have and always will but changing the pace when things aren’t happening is okay. See how Strev can deal with the o’s injuries. If he doesn’t produce after a couple of sets put Zac back on.

THAT was a gross game. But a win is a win. We need to be comfortable in bringing in Strev to run his packages when the O is faltering.
