What’s the downside of bringing in Strev to run his package sets? A two and out? I would assume Strev allowed to throw?

I don’t understand this salary argument of keeping a player on. If that’s a reason coaches keep players on when they should come out then the coach should be shown the door. If management is pressuring coaches because of salary then they should be shown the door.
