Round 1: Game 2-Wild
Based on the camera shots of Bruce Boudreau last game, I know who I would pick for this game. :-)

Could someone put a good word in for me? Go Broncos, Go Blue!

Round 1 : Game 1 - Wild
Buff played better than Myers and Trouba imo. I was thinking while watching the game that Myers is our new Buff i.e, giveaways takeaways regardless i still love all three and would take our core of d over anyone's.

Round 1 : Game 1 - Wild
Nerve wracking. Wild played a good road game. Obviously goaltending was a huge factor on both sides. Buff was being what he needs to be, what hits. I find Myers and Trouba a big too nonchalant sometimes with the puck that ends up in takeaways/giveaways. Morrow got a lot more ice time than I thought he would. I see Maurice for a stretch used Copp and the second line and Ehlers on the third. I wonder why. That Dumba is a player. I've never been a big Adam Lowry fan but boy did he show his value last night, with his physical presence and faceoff prowess. Wow. This is going to be a tough series but we are clearly the better team.

US Politics
Here's how Chris Cillizza from CNN put it: Remember that Rosenstein is, according to the federal code, the only person who can fire Mueller. While Trump appears to have concluded this isn't accurate and that he, too, has the ability to fire Mueller himself, doing so would undoubtedly set up a massive legal fight (in addition to a political one). What if Trump fires Rosenstein and replaces his as deputy attorney general with someone who is more amenable to the idea of getting rid of Mueller? That would kill two birds with one stone -- get rid of the pesky Rosenstein and put someone in his stead who would get rid of Mueller! Add it all up and it becomes pretty clear that Rosenstein has to be the favorite to get fired this week. And a pretty heavy favorite at that.

Round 1 : Game 1 - Wild
Who scores the first Jet goal? I'll take Connor for one.

Around The League: 2018 Offseason
Or, as I think Booch alluded, he has figured out a certain number he'll need that would justify him playing this game, and if that number is not offered, he'll act upon a different line of employment. But none of us here really know what's going on in his head.

Isn't the new strategy to fire Rosenstein, replace him with a Trump supporter, who then (tries to) puts the shackles on Mueller . . .

Humboldt Broncos
Absolutely, these families should not have to worry about anything financial, only on healing, coping and getting through the day.

US Politics
Not that I agree but I think some are arguing a sort of an illegal search and seizure type scenario where they shouldn't have looked in the first place.

Round 1 : Game 1 - Wild
Said the team that lost the first round.

Round 1 : Game 1 - Wild
So who is the Wild going to pick to try to get under the skin of Laine? I pick Tanev and Buff as our agitators.

2018 NHL Playoffs
Who has a better chance at knocking out Nashville in the first round? Blues or Avs? My hunch says Blues if Allen could show up (which he didn't against the Hawks their last game) but the AVS speed could give the Preds some headaches but the Preds did sweep them this year regular season. Anyway be interesting to see who squeaks in and who can at least rough the Preds up when they play us the second round, of course knowing we gotta get by the Wild first.

NHL Injury Watch 2017/18 season
Okay I see what's happening here. So instead of resting certain players from our last remaining game lets rest them from practices. Jeez. Steve Mason should be no where near the practice rink right now.

Yup and it can also work the reverse. He plays at such an elite level that he can make good team players look weak.

Game 82 : Blackout @ Whiteout
I'd disagree. I think there is a happy medium. Plunk in a few roster press box guys like Roslo and Poolman for the last game of the season. Give them some playing time in case we need them in the playoffs. Imo i don't think sitting out two or three guys for a handful of days will result in rust.

Game 82 : Blackout @ Whiteout
Hope we play the same lineup we did against Montreal.

Hope not.

Agree, and when it happens, should be assessed a penalty like skaters for diving.

Game 81 : Hotlanta @ Mylanta
True but just hope for NO Jamie Macoun crosschecks on our players in the last two games.

2018 NHL Playoffs
If we play Minnesota in the first round, we need to really watch the January 13th, 2018 gametape and combat the blueprint they drew up in beating us 4-1. I remember watching that game and thinking this is exactly how you defend against our team,, i.e., clogging the middle, disrupting our neutral ice speed and set-up. They did it almost perfectly that game. At the end of the day though, bring on whoever.

Game 80 : BellMTS Place @ Bell Centre
No please, post away.

Game 80 : BellMTS Place @ Bell Centre
Not to mention against arguably the number 1 goalie in the league (with an asterisks of course).

Game 80 : BellMTS Place @ Bell Centre
Yeah good point just something im tossing around in my head. I'm not suggesting 5 or 6 man rotation. 1 to three maybe if available.

Game 80 : BellMTS Place @ Bell Centre
Yup risk but what if it works more than it doesn't? Won"t know until you try. And keep in mind only on back to back games. And I'd be interested to know the w/l percentage of teams second game on a back to back.
