I’ve been on the other side of a lot of plays, and I think he got away with one, but that’s part of the game.” Based on BM's specific style of play, he's lucky he hasn't been stretchered off. He's the perfect example of what Ref's need to call more often to lessen the retaliatory infractions to help lessen the violence that can cause serious injury, not only to the player that did the original deed, but to other players who pay the price of their teammates instigation style of play.

Yes but in certain cases simply stringing words together with no coherency with no critical thought does not render it a perspective, another side, a viewpoint, a belief. It simply makes it an absurd thought wanting it to be true and then gets upset when called on it.

Reffing is hard, especially at this level, it's a thankless job but sure would be nice if they called more of the initial infractions that caused the retaliatory infractions (that happen right after the initial infraction or are delayed for another time, i.e, revenge). We need less of the 'it's usually the guy retaliating that gets called not the guy who started it all' in-game statements.

Not going to lie watching Jim Barker and Kate Beirness try to be funny scores high on cringe. Same feeling one gets when in-game interviews happen, i.e., nuisance, weird and often times cringe.
