2023/2024 CFL (Non Bombers) Off Season News

It literally seems like he thinks the league works for him not he works for the league. Also in how he presents himself, I'd replace the word honorary with status. -

Yup Pinball could have said something like: While CK works on things he needs to work on as a human being, we want our team to be lasered focus with minimal distractions in preparing for this coming season so respecting that CK will remain offsite until his suspension is lifted. -
I remember watching an add with his sons Matthew and Brady and slowly looking over to my wife and mumbling boy he aint at his playing weight.

Oh for sure it's coaching that continues to be the primary problem in gross Leaf land. At what point does Shanahan take on some accountability?

In most cases, it's not about expecting the victims to want to stay, it's about the complex reasons of why and how victims find it hard to leave abusive/toxic environments. -
Even though this thread is dead to me my guess is the Oilers light up Silovs tonight forcing them to look back to DeSmith and yearning for a miracle recovery for Demko to get back between the pipes. Or, because I just wrote this, Silvos steals the series and becomes the darling story of this years post season. Leafs suck.

A bit of an ironic statement considering a lot of your verbiage on this matter seems to bring into question the character of the person who filed a grievance. -

I think this person highly enjoys triggering others and not in a funny way. Another great example that having intelligence in one area (e.g sport) does not mean having intelligence in other areas(e.g workplace harassment). -

What an insanely absurd thing to write after a workplace investigation was completed and especially coming from someone who doesn’t work there. -
Even before this, I think San Jose shows way better next year with some of their up and coming talent. This sure does help even more.

Putting my Blue and Gold glasses on firmly, ZC is a guy I'd go to war for, CK not so much. -

Cue 'Argo's courting Rourke' articles. Didn't Rourke himself chime in on this CK issue? -
Being the NHL layperson that I am, random thought: Good GM's consistently build NHL teams for successful regular season play, Great GM's consistently build NHL teams for successful regular and post season play.

All the best Mr. Bowness to whatever you shift to now. Not gonna happen but Rod Brind'amour would look outstanding behind our bench. I love his coaching style.

Angry emoji directed at you dear sir. Wash your mouth out with soap. The Leafs could win a Stanley Cup and would still royally suck. That's a fact.

In OT would ne nice, bonus would be an own goal. 🙂

(Q): Please explain profit margins, record profits when it comes to the necessities of life (food, gas, electricity, water etc)? (A): Thanks for the question average Canadian who probably supports communism cuz they dare to question anything about capitalism, it's all much too complicated for your brain to comprehend, let us brilliant trust fund entrepreneurs take care of the adult stuff.

I love how some capitalists instantly pass the buck and never chat profit margins (no matter what gotta keep em and increase em for our shareholders with creative book keeping) but are very vocal about increased prices that aren't their fault look over there while rambling on about supply and demand. And gawd forbid demand goes down then the default becomes we're too big to fail better help us or all these people will lose their jobs and we may have to pull out of your communities. Bullet proof strategy cemented with 'its the best system we have' while offering gobbly **** responses to how profit margins work. Loblaw leaders push back on 'misguided criticism' of grocer as boycott begins (citynews.ca)

Thanks for that motivational speech.
