He should just go back to the CFL. Walters have should an extra $100k now to top others bid for him. TBieber, any NFL interest for Laurent ? I believe teams can go over the cap in the offseason, as long as they are compliant at the end of the year when calculations are done. So this doesn't necessarily mean we have $100k in new money.

I'm sure the Bombers did everything possible to trade him.

I'm surprised Katz didn't try to nominate himself to the Bombers BoD since he will soon be unemployed (but will still have all the money he embezzled from taxpayers in his Shindico/Sheegl schemes).

Bombers didn't choose the location of the stadium. Location was dictated by the Feds on a condition of funding.

He also made it sound out of the norm that the BOD fired Lyle Bauer. Who else would fire him? Rabb's property management company is also known as one of the worst in Winnipeg...lots of complaints to the Residential Tenancies Board.

This will give the CFLPA lots of leverage in the current CBA negotiations.

I found it interesting that during the conference today, O'Shea said Etcheverry has changed/improved his defense over the years. I wonder how much it has changed.

Cody Husband can't be any worse than some of the guys already here, plus he's a young NI OL. I hope we pickup him and Bauman.

Chatting with Penton and he speculated that McCullough might be an option for the Bombers at MLB. He started 10 games last season for the Riders after recovering from a triceps injury. He's also a NI. Downside is that he's 34 years old. Could really help with the ratio though.

I'm hearing that the Bombers are interested in recently released LB EJ Kuale. He has a history with Etch so makes some sense. Could also explain why McRath was released. I don't know much about Kuale. Any scouting reports...is he any good? Could end up as our starting MLB this season.

Bombers will take Goossen if Ottawa takes Lavertu. I'm expecting Foucault to sign with an NFL team after the draft so that could impact where he's drafted in the CFL draft.
