CfL going crazy again...over 700k for Qbs and close to 300k for rec...last time i looked league revenue is not shooting through the roof...what gives? If the CFL is healthy great i have no problem with these guys getting paid but with fewer butts in the seats and tv viewership down last year this is a headscratcher...except i have seen in too many times in the CFL. Is Walters the only prudent GM left ? Or did he miss that the salary cap is going up?

Last time i looked Biggie was on the other side of the ball. We need better personnel around Nichols and so far this FA round has not added at all to our offense from last year...not negative just a fact.

So Walker signs with TO...so much for getting better, right now i would settle for signing any decent WR left....man we are looking thin on offense.

Still a big question mark and right now way behind were we were last year....but if we do not sign Walker we are way behind on offense as a whole over last year. Calgary had more talent to begin with and like i said before has a history of bringing in stud receivers...we don't. We also don't have a BLM ethier and Nichols needs both time and quality Rec around him to be success we are way behind were we finished last year with both our oline and starting rec...no emotion just facts. Walters himself stated he needed to upgrade his rec.. but your right they are not done yet. Too bad there is not much left.

When you have an older Qb, running back and we were close last year ,i don't think pointing out that we are not throwing money around like other teams that seem to be desperate to get better is a red herring. The Grey Cup drought is a fact.We are like the Jets when do you throw all in to get the prize? It definitely doesn't seem like that's the case for the Blue this year ,we are better on defense but worse on offense based on the offseason.
