What does Burmi bring? He is not a scorer and not a great passer.He is strong on his skates but is not overly physical just like Goalie stated he is an East to West player.JC is a fireplug agitator type player.Petan has great vision and skills.Based on the preseason I don't see how you justify starting Burmi ahead of these guys.But it will probably come down to who they could lose if waived.Burmi better get his ass in gear when the bullets fly though cause Maurice won't put up with his crap.

Well if you read up on what's he has been through in his life lack of mental fortitude isn't in his history at all.Had a bad game and his year has been up and down.Westwood ripping on him shows a severe lack of class imo.He was great last year and is young all kickers go through this.Bring in some competition next TC and see what happens.

Well lots of young kickers go through slumps in the early part of their careers I wouldn't give up on Lirim yet.He has the talent just having a off year.

Man I really like Petan with Ladd and Little over Burmi . If Petan stays has to be top 3 lines.No need to waste him on the fourth line when he would get top 6 minutes in the AHL.What would be the point in wasting Petans talent playing only 8 min a game?

Again they loved Jeff Rheinbold (sp?)too,didn't make him a good coach. A good coach will make his players better not seeing that with MOS.

Yeah you don't get it all teams get bad calls the refs are human remember? All our games are close if we have a chance to win.Its been how long since our last blowout? So the mistakes are magnified. This ain't rocket science here no need to be obtuse.

Yeah we have had more on the line with the refs making mistakes costing us games.It could also be that we rarely have a big lead or blowout to cushion us from the odd bad call.
