  1. That was the second bonus so I imagine they thought they would be safe....wrong.
  2. All aboard!
  3. Cutting two good foot soldiers to sign a mercenary sounds like a bad decision imo, I can't see O'Shea going for this.
  4. That's okay, Muamba can just wear the skull and crossbones instead of a number.
  5. One precursor, they need to check Henoc's weight before they sign him.
  6. Watch out Floyd, Goalie is sneaking up behind you with an axe!
  7. So they cut Henoc if he doesn't go along and start Hurl??? Delicious!
  8. Coming back to the @MTLAlouettes QB Drew Willy re-signs http://on.cfl.ca/fdHe30ip9Cm #CFLFA #AlsMTL
  9. O-line is only as strong as it's weakest link, that's been proven over and over.
  10. He must be showing them something they like.
  11. Nevis could barely jog to the sideline, not sure he has the conditioning to play a whole game.
  12. Not if they're exhausted.
  13. Richie Hall might as well lop off his own head now and get it over with.
  14. It just doesn't make sense plugging in another Natl. into an area of weakness when they could bury an accomplished Natl. on the D-line and no one would ever notice.
  15. How many Natl. DB's are starting in the league, other than at Safety? I can't think of any, they're more scarce than Natl. RB's.
  16. Throwing an inexperienced Natl. into the secondary sounds like a very bad idea after the last couple of years. You think Walker looked bad, just wait.
  17. This is the guy I really want to see, glad they finally added him to the roster.
  18. I think they still need to sign another Natl. for the D., as they're currently down 3 from last year. The way it's looking they will need to keep one of Ekakitie or Corney on the field at all times to maintain the ratio, if one goes down they're hooped and would have to plug a Natl. into the secondary. Thomas, Steele or Waud should not cost much and would add solid depth.
  19. Good for JFG, glad he can continue his football career, clutch player.
  20. The "pipe-line" in action.
  21. Correct, and they left Drew Willy out twisting in the wind.
  22. I agree rotating 7 is better than dressing 6 D-lineman, hopefully one of the Import DE's they bring into camp can impress enough to make the roster. Natl. DT's are a bargain compared to DE's (excluding Laurent), they can take the $200,000 they save on Westerman and put it toward signing Thomas, Steele or Waud to fill out the lineup.
  23. Perhaps, but nothing is more bitter than an "Addison Richards pill".
  24. All the Als need to do is fire the moron in charge and they could begin a rebuild, delaying the inevitable just damages the CFL brand further in Montreal.
