Can you please find out if Wade is giving piggyback rides? Thanks. -

Jones has little choice to roll with Glenn at this point, transitioning to Bridge or Adams next season is going to produce a .500 record at best. I have no doubt they will throw a boatload of money at Franklin in the off-season to try to avoid that scenario, but it reeks of desperation. -

Jones is either paying the majority of his players entry level wages or they're cooking the books. Either way I can't see how this strategy will attract F.A.'s or retain veteran players needed to build a sustainable winner. I think he's playing the short-term game and doesn't intend to stick around for the long run. -

Marshal is injured and was performing very well before he went down, so I think the answer is "no". -

Seems like they're trying to break last years record for most signings, they have to be #1 at something I guess.... -
He's bitching about having to drive in from the lake.

Timmy weeps for you.

Walker and Alexander have both looked promising and have been improving with game experience so I don't think either will be replaced immediately and there are currently 4 other DB's on the PR, 2 Natls. and 2 imports. Contract has not been registered yet but with this signing fare to say either Darnell Walker or Robert Porter will soon be on the street.

What will it take to beat Edmonton?

Is it too much to ask to play Poop? -
He'll probably end up on their PR anyway, I think Bailey may have been inured against the Stamps.

Clear sign Wolitarsky is superior. Pretty ridiculous how many players the Riders are taking on at this time, it's like TC 2.0 for them.

Who has the better team: Calgary or Winnipeg?
Fatty Liver replied to BigBlue's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
If the Bombers can make it to the Western Final, I won't be disappointed in this season. Hopefully they address the LB weakness in the off-season and add a few more key pieces. -

The Riders also found a way to limit the effectiveness of this offence on L.D. by limiting them to dump passes, so that game may be the road map the Stamps use against the Bombers. If they can limit mistakes, protect Nichols and stay away from two and outs the Bombers have the advantage with Medlock in a F.G. battle. -
Stamps vs Hillbillies.. Who you pulling for?
Fatty Liver replied to Nolby's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
If the Bomber D could keep the Stamps out of the endzone the way the Riders are, they would have a very good chance of beating this team. O just needs to be able to consistently put up pts. on their D. -

Ref's job is to watch the kicker, Stamps have to waste their challenge on an obvious R.T.K. call. -

Looked incidental, tackler did turn his head and didn't lead with it. Looks like Carter got an objectionable conduct penalty for yelling at the ref. -

Love this Begelton's toughness, reminds me of ex-Bomber Thorpe. -
Alex Green was with the Ticats in T.C. but got cut, so he was training in the off-season and was also familiar with their playbook. C.J. Gable just lost his job, long time coming but well deserved imo as he's been inconsistent and injury prone for years.

Key to beating Reilly is getting pressure on him so that his Hail Mary passes are not well located and his receivers can't bail him out. If they can achieve that there should be a few interceptions to be had. Playing Poop is a must.

Als @ Argos: Matthew Schiltz Time In MTL Now?
Fatty Liver replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Hopefully the Bombers door is wide open if the Als decide to part ways with Jackson, he's exactly the kind of receiver they've been trying to find for years. Could be he's trying to force the Als to move him by playing like crap. -
Game day thread: Ottawa QuarterBLACKS vs Bomber BYES

Nobody can say Max Hall wasn't tough, the beat downs he took in the last half of 2013 were unbelievably brutal and yet he always got up and played on. -
It would be nice but they will use Washington instead.
-
H.H. to the secondary, no explosion plays given up and Fogg, Walker and Alexander all played good games, Randle, Heath and Loffler put in their usual solid efforts.

I seem to recall Davis completed a 60 yd.+ TD throw to Washington in the pre-season, he can certainly heave the ball down field.
