No other coach in the CFL would be willing to babysit Carter or put up with his weekly antics, thus there will be no real demand for his services. He may get paid to play but it won't be for much more than mid-level receiver wages. NFL coaches will show even less interest in his me-me-me attitude.

Hey! It wasn't Unamba that got the penalty it was Courtney Stephen.
-
Probably judged him too small to contribute.
-
Wouldn't have to do that if they hadn't cut him!!!
-
In fairness Marve was playing with ACL damage that should have kept him off the field permanently, I don't know what they were thinking when they signed him.
-
They can not JUSTIFY that, his play was unreal last game.

They still have Jones.... Tall, thin Jones Slow-walkin' Jones Slow-talkin' Jones Along came long, lean, lanky Jones (And Then? And Then?)

Lankford has been moved to the PR along with Branning, so this basically means that they were cut and agreed to positions on the PR, which doesn't really matter as scooping players at this time of year is pointless.

Interpretation: I acknowledge she's an alien being but I bet I can still **** her.

Adams gone for rest of regular season
Fatty Liver replied to TrueBlue4ever's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Agree completely, on a couple of occasions this season including the last BC game Harris has been bottled up and the passing game has been limited to 5 yard routes underneath, they can't afford to let that happen in the playoffs with their inconsistent D performance. -

This is correct, thus it's rather cruel to release a player late in the season but if they are a vet. they've already been paid out anyways. -
If Dressler retires in the off-season the opportunity arises again, I don't expect to see Thorpe return but it's not difficult to find a player in that style and plug him in. It might even be a good fit for a Natl. like Demski or Shaq Murray–Lawrence if available.

Givens was interviewed yesterday, that's a sure sign he'll be in the lineup. My bet is he replaces Washington. -

"Saints promote Daniel Lasco; cut Adam Bighill, Bryce Harris" http://www.nola.com/saints/index.ssf/2017/10/saints_promote_daniel_lasco_cu.html Not sure this means much as the Saints have shuffled Bighill between the PR and the roster a few times this season. -
So it finally comes down to money and whether it's worth it for him to continue on with his football career. If he's hinting that he would rather play closer to home it might be smart to trade his rights and get what they can now, rather than lose him to F.A. at the first opportunity.

Stamps @ Awful Masolis / Redblacks @ Ridirts
Fatty Liver replied to USABomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Fact is Hurl was a F.A. signing this off-season and they waited until the last minute to sign him, so I don't think he was supposed to be slotted as the starting MLB. I honestly can't think of a player that would fit Richie Hall's MLB position perfectly, it's difficult to find a player with the strength to wrestle O-linemen and still have the speed and agility to cover receivers coming out of the backfield. It was a waste of Bass's talent last season to use him in that that role as well. -

Yes, but I believe he played SAM not WIL. -
I'm actually surprised how developed India is but I guess 1.3 billion people with a light or two each will do that.

I should have used meaningless instead.
