Interesting to hear Walters perspective in this interview, apparently he and O'Shea butt heads a lot of the time, but it sounds like it is more from a salary perspective as Walters let's O'Shea make the personnel decisions.

The Round Table is scheduled for 11pm EST for some reason. Excellent game between the Stamps and the Esks. plenty of good QB's and receivers on both sides of the ball and Franklin looked fabulous. The wild card is Daniel Williams, he arrived in camp late so they will have to take a bit more time to have a better look at him. He's the rookie receiver that carries the most hype imo. I expect he will be on the PR or IR when the season begins but if he pans out another receiver may have to be cut to accommodate him. So they have Dressler, Adams, Denmark and JFG or another Canuck locked in positions. That leaves all of the following competing for one starting import receiver job plus a couple of backups or development guys. Davis, Lankford, Liggins, Lowder, Peterson, Raper, Sheppard, Stafford, Thorpe, Washington, Williams.

but....you just don't understand....Jones is operating on a level so much above MOS and the other coaches in the league that they just can not comprehend the brilliance of the man. He is so smart it's scary.

He looked very "McDuffiesque" on that return, I don't know if Lankford is the best new receiver option because of his size but I'd like to see them keep him around for awhile to find out.

Uggghh, I feel more ill-informed after the game than before it, what a pathetic fan experience this TC has been so far. Broken audio, reading gibberish tweets and watching 3 minute clips of some guy holding his phone sideways from the 92nd row....hopefully the Bombers have some excellent film on which to make decisions. I for one am going back to staring at the roster sheet and playing eeny, meeny, miny, moe (keep Moe) as was the method commonly used before they invented electricity....

I think Wally is smart to make this move earlier than required, it pairs down the competition to the real contenders and provides them with more reps. in the last week of TC. It also let's the coaches focus more on the players who will make the team and prepare for the regular season. Doing away with the mid-camp cut down is going to hamstring some teams that don't want to make the easy decisions early. The Bombers are exempt because they have the extra week to prepare.

I believe Judge is still writing final exams and hasn't shown up for camp yet.
