I can't see how Auclair fits into the CFL game, he's more of a lineman then he is a receiver. Back in the days when they used a real T.E. he might be a good pick, but not now.

Chris Jones Signs Vince Young: Brilliant or Desperate?

Who ever thought that the National Enquirer would become the role model for news coverage. -
He also hasn't played CDN. football for awhile now so the extra yard off at the combine had to throw him a bit.

Imagine if you will Travis Bond on a scooter.
-
Only after he stuffed himself with wings and swilled the vodka.

It would be nice if they brought in TSN to film the Combine professionally, some of the camera work was pretty weak. They need to set up a couple of towers so that they ccan cover the entire event from a higher perch. If the next Combine is in Wpg. where is it held?

23 people for a 15 min. interview??? That's the definition of counter productive. -
Better yet, don't mess with anybody that has 100 lbs. on you....ladies included.

Never mind the equations, it's a scientific fact, the louder the advertising the more junk people buy.

I'd predict that Vandervoort will still be available at #6, there's decent enough O+D-line prospects to keep the other teams occupied 2-5. Not many teams desperate enough for a Natl. receiver that they'd sacrifice their first lineman pick in the first round.

Making Chamblin the D.C. is a bit of a head-scratcher, looks like he brought in Brackenridge with him. -

The second and third generations have been philanthropists but John D. Rockefeller was the original "robber baron" and much hated in his time for his business practices.

The way he left the Ti-Cats and the timing was a bit strange. My guess is he had personal problems, family problems or a falling out with Austin. All 3 are nothing more than off-the-cuff speculation. -

CFL Headlines @CFL_Headlines Formers Ticats OC Tommy Condell to join Argos as receivers coach https://goo.gl/fb/VYfVMP Expected Condell to return to the CFL at a higher level than this, especially with the work he did for the Argos prior to the hiring of Popp and Trestman. -
There you have it, right from the horse's mouth.

The CWB is a pretty heavy topic but historically it was a very good organization that put control of the commodity in the hands of the producers and stabilized the wheat market through some very rough periods. Harper did his biding and destroyed it using questionable tactics on behest of the multi-national ag, companies that he represented. What's done is done, and if the wheat growers ever tried to re-establish even a shadow of the CWB it would be blocked at every turn through the courts and the task would be insurmountable. The table has been set for corporate farming so that money can flow more efficiently up the pyramid with as few farmers as possible getting their grubby hands on it.

The Riders just found another rock to look under. A nice mossy one!

With the following laundry list of security agencies, no doubt every president since Nixon has been "monitored" 24/7/365. Trump had better get used to it. Central Intelligence Agency. Defense Intelligence Agency. Federal Bureau of Investigation. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. National Reconnaissance Office. National Security Agency. Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

"King Coal" is alive and well in many states like West Virginia and Kentucky. Below is a good documentary on the destructive nature of strip mining coal and the effects it has on locals. To summarize "reclamation" is bullshit.
-
Good point, I'm sure Trump will try to sabotage the subsidies to electric vehicles and redirect them back into the pockets of oil and auto execs. where they rightfully belong.
-
I think the only two provinces relying heavily on coal for electricity production are AB. and Sask. and AB. is now moving away from it. The U.S. may be completely different.
-
I honestly have no idea but it does take some time to recharge the battery so this is not something you do without pre-planning. Typically most recharging will occur at home overnight and the cost will be buried in your Hydro bill.
-
Charging stations are pretty invisible but they're now common in BC and AB. The infrastructure is cheap, they're sometimes nothing more than an electrical box and a couple of outlets on the wall of a service station, located near the air pump. I saw a Tesla charging station for the first time last week in Revelstoke and it was just a couple of stalls in the parking lot of a major hotel.
-
No denying it KBF, you'd look pretty spiffy in a Tesla Roadster. Charging stations are here, I hope to make the move in the next 4-5 years as prices come down for electric vehicles. Technologically this should have happened 50 years ago.
