What I suspect will happen in 2016 is Walters will spend closer to the cap and not have as much money left-over to push forward for next year's signings. Could result in more Bombers heading to F.A. next year if nothing is left in the kitty.
I don't think it's that, Huf probably doesn't like the new salary structure and doesn't want it to drive up the price he has to pay to retain players. Old dogs don't like new tricks.
Huf probably just wants to be left alone to go about his business in his usual manner but he's got a pesky-assed copy boy sitting in his office waiting for him to break wind.
