  1. What I don't see is the upcoming replacements for the main guys like Biggie, the Jeffs, Bryant, Hardrick or Miller beginning to shine. I see future stars developing on other teams across the league here and there, but not so much on the Bombers. The last few years it seems they've mostly brought in foot soldiers and do not have the next gen. of exceptional leaders coming up within the ranks.
  2. He not fine. Derek Taylor🏈 @DTonOB 13m Brandon Alexander in uniform but not working today. He was limping late in the game vs. BC
  3. Guess it doesn't matter much for this game but would prefer they give BOLO reps over McCrae. This is a case were they could adjust the ratio to make changes elsewhere but probably won't take advantage of the opportunity.
  4. The official that made the call was within feet of the play, no reason to believe he got the spot wrong.
  5. Review the play previous to that one, Kramdi was on Rhymes like a wet blanket on a ***** cat. Jeez can't even use *****.
  6. LaPo??? When did Agudosi ever play for LaPo?
  7. Interesting in OT they went with 3 D-linemen and Cole on all 3 downs.
  8. I thought he swished on that one but on further review the ball popped up a bit so he probably made contact. If he'd gone for the tackle initially I think he would have stopped him beyond White's FG range, but there is the possibility Rhymes carries him another 10-15 yards.
  9. Eric Lofton started most of their games at LOT, he sat on the Bombers PR most of last season.
  10. Call it the "Holm effect" he's teaching the boys how to knock down the ball with the swish of a well timed hand, no harm, no foul, and no dirty laundry.
  11. You also have to account for scheme change over time, the game does not remain static and is ever evolving. In 2019 the Bombers did not use the 2-wide option on the O-line except for short yardage, but Hamilton did. Now they're using it quite generously for pass protection and running plays including adding Jackson on the end occasionally. They've also increased the blocking duties of their receivers more than any other team, on Brady's last TD run both Demski and Bailey were on the interior helping the O-line fortify a gap for him to run through. Don't think I've ever seen that before.
  12. Is BA injured? On that long Cottoy TD when he stiff armed Rose, looks like BA had the angle but was trotting 3/4 speed. https://twitter.com/i/status/1710491882222960749 On the Parker game saving tackle on Rhymes, BA clearly pulls up lame and is unable to pursue. https://twitter.com/3DownNation/status/1710612823947001980 Did he even play in OT?
  13. All it took was dazzling incompetence!
  14. Can't blame Yoshi for the sack where Zach spun back into Betts, he steered him 8 feet downfield of the target, at that point Zach is supposed to have evacuated the pocket or gotten rid of the ball. Yoshi did his job.
  15. Hard to perform when you're not handed the ball, will say the same for the next replacement they bring in.
  16. I'd shave $25k-$30k off your too generous offer. It's a business, kick the tires of a young Import RB willing to work for $85k.....say someone like Jordan Salima. Brady will be quick to grab the money sign the contract and thank his lucky stars before Walters further contemplates the savings an all-Import backfield could provide him.
  17. Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber, good and also short at 7 episodes. Made by Brian Koppelman the same guy that created Billions, so it's also mostly obsessed with money.
  18. Agreed, I kept picking the Stamps to win through the first half of the season assuming they still had good talent and the QB to win games, record shows that is no longer the case. I can't see them sticking with Maier next season, expect to see a number of QB's in TC pushing for his job.
  19. Probably not, scared of the Elks!
  20. I thought that was on a punt returner or receiver? If it was on Adams I would almost expect a penalty.
  21. You're right, first game Betts scalded Stanley.
  22. Adams can outrun Bighill but not Kyrie.
  23. Haven't been impressed with Dobson in pass protection, he's only 6'-2" but weighs 315 lbs. about the same size as Kolankowski, maybe better suited to Center if he learns to snap the ball. Kind of reminds me of Dominic Picard, another short stubby who also played Center.
  24. Just wondering if Betts picked on Neufeld in the earlier matches or if he really is injured, sounds like he'll dress anyway.
  25. Maybe not this year, but in the off-season they will need to make plenty of adjustments. Should be interesting.
