Parker looks to be a playmaker, good future replacement for Nick Taylor or Mercy Maston. Very impressed with the DT play of Gray but especially Eric Lofton looked very accomplished in pass protection, they are going to have to offer him more than a PR spot if they want to retain him next season.

It could be the new owner really wants a home playoff game. -
He has a lot of support from the anti-vax nutters, probably enough to grift a living off along with Jamie Sale. They are now claiming that the entire pandemic was a "big lie" and everyone involved in the disinformation campaign should be prosecuted. Theo Fleury @TheoFleury14 21h I am calling for the arrest of all who were involved in coercing and lying π€₯ about the π efficiency and safety to the citizens of the world asap. This shitshow is over and those who are involved need to be prosecuted to the highest level. His supporters chime in and it just goes on and on. Somebody needs to tell him BMO was built in 2007, not 1807. -
The prizes for some of these US fishing derbies are outlandish with prize money reaching up to a million dollars, the boat they confiscated was probably won at a pro fishing derby. I can see knowledge being an advantage, but I fail to see how skill catches the biggest fish, it's more or less a lottery, since most fish are probably smart enough not to accept a cut of the prize money.

Offer them some Chinese blood instead, just to see how they react.

That's funny, can't find that information on either the Broncos site or the official NFL transaction page. -

I don't think he was useless, he beat out every rookie receiver in TC not named Schoen, so they must have seen a good reason to hang onto him. -

Stamps running game could be hard to handle if Carey, Logan Mills are all healthy and used frequently, their coaching staff has probably taken notes on how the Bombers have been beating them the last few years. -

Good enough to be a starter IMO, next year they have the option of going with 3 Natl. receivers if they want. -

Zach really has no competition for MOP this year, he didn't just ride a good team to first place, he literally blew the doors off in a number of games with exceptional individual performances. -
2022 CFL Season - Back 2 Back Champs News
Fatty Liver replied to JCon's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I agree, it comes down to efficiency, the Bombers have to do a better job of preparing future replacements for "next season" as they are now officially the #1 team in the league. With their recent success they should expect an increased amount of envy and defection to other teams making better offers to key players. Instead of stocking the PR with temporary replacements like McKnight and future ST players, they need to prepare the next young Ellingson or Stove who have the potential to develop into players of the same caliber. The Stamps held the mantel for over 10 years, they had to replace exceptional players every season and find key replacements within their organization. They've done an excellent job of remaining competitive no matter how many player losses they sustained, season after season. The Bombers have to adapt the same model and can't rely on doing their best with what they have leftover in the cupboard. -

What a waste, no reason they couldn't have at least given him some game action and a fair shot after hanging around all season on the PR being paid peanuts. -

Argos LB Wynton McManis should take it over Shawn Lemon who they are pushing, even though he's probably out for the remainder of the season. -

Demski in a contract year will probably cost them at least $200k to retain, and that's with the hometown discount built in. -

Agreed those times have past, traditional rivalries can be played out during the season but for the championship it should be the two best teams going head-to-head to make the event more exciting and worth watching for all fans. The CFL is so small it would be an easy transition and the league needs to do everything it can to spark more fan interest. -

Yep, they'll probably try to spread the awards around a bit to spur fan interest in the event, Bombers have a lock on three if you include top coach, and Stanley might have a shot at MOL but they'll probably give it to a Stamp. -

Prukop has looked good in his limited role but I think Dru Brown is better equipped upstairs when it comes to utilizing the full playbook and understanding the game. Prukop can hang around next year if he likes, or not, but the Rider starting job beckons with stellar enticements such as this. https://www.riderville.com/2022/10/07/week-18-trailer-we-all-we-got-we-all-we-need/ WE ALL WE GOT, WE ALL WE NEED Dan Clark would make an excellent waterbed.
