  1. Old music like the Beatles and Motown also connects with the ears, but certainly there was also a lot of junk.
  2. Right, I imagine that's a no go nowadays.
  3. Anyone else remember singing "God Save the Queen" to end the school day?
  4. The Boston Tea Party occurred in 1773, aprox. one hundred years before the Civil War. The colonies I was referring to became the 13 original states.
  5. C'mon, it's fun to give them a little hope before slamming the door on their dicks.
  6. Somethings off when music created 50 years ago is realistically more popular than music created today. https://globalnews.ca/news/9001083/why-older-music-more-popular-than-new-music/ Oh yah, new music sucks.
  7. There is some debate on that point, it has been suggested the Boston Tea Party was a false flag event that wealthy American merchants used as an ignition point for taking over control of trade to the colonies. Considering acquiring more wealth and resources has been the historical motivation for America to get involved in most wars, it doesn't seem that far-fetched.
  8. I'd like to see Norm MacDonald on the $100, everybody knows Norm. 😄
  9. What you are hoping for is a "correction of our history", sorry it didn't happen that way.
  10. Sorry, I'd never heard of her in my life until they put her on the currency, placing her on the ten is just a knee jerk revision of our history.....as in, this is the way we wish it was, but really wasn't.
  11. Like some obscure black woman on our ten$ that nobodies ever heard of?
  12. It looks like both Hallett brothers jumped ahead of Thompson while he was injured, this must be based on their ST work, the late game intercept was nice but I don't think Nick showed he's the better Safety overall.
  13. That's ok, they need to find a couple of DE's that cause a bit more commotion. Every time a big play is made by a DE, it's always Willy or Jeffcoat making it happen, Wilcots and Mack have mostly looked like anonymous placeholders.
  14. The idiots wanting to "cut the kicker" don't realize he's been great punting and on kickoffs even when he's struggled with FG's and extra points. So even if they found it necessary to bring in another FG kicker to help out, they'd never cut Leggs.
  15. Agree, no better way to shorten his playing career than to muscle him up until he pops. Mo Leggett was once in B.A.'s position, moved him to SAM and injuries took him out of the game within a few years. I hope they leave B.A. at Safety, his brain is his best asset, not his muscle.
  16. Whatever happened to Cam Meredith? Thought he was living in Wpg. permanently.
  17. That big boy was Miles Brown, 320 lbs of gap plugger. The last two games have badly exposed the Bombers weakness against the run, it may be partially due to their depleted depth at LB, but I have to think they haven't found the answer yet to the absence of Stove and Nevis at DT. Sayles and Jake are decent overall DT's but they need a bigger plug in the middle that can't be moved, it appears Ricky Walker and Lawson are just duplicates of the two starters, decent but not great.
  18. They really don't need him at all now that Evans, Lenius and Moore are back in the lineup. Picton has even impressed as a Natl. now capable of starting, he's become their Wolitarsky.
  19. What's up with his frickin skull??? Clear evidence that mothers who habitually drop babies on their heads cause long-term negative repercussions for the greater society.
  20. A few Bomber connections in that story, sons of Tim Jessie, Dave Vankoughnett as well as O'Shea's boy played in that game.
  21. Milhouse comes of age and decides he wants to rule a country.
  22. If he is a successful businessman and a promoter of the CFL as he says, I can't see why he wouldn't try to find new partners to purchase the club from the estate, and continue onward with his plan to resurrect the franchise. Instead of folding his tent at the first portage. Maybe Spiegel was the successful businessman and Stern was just the fortunate son-in-law.
  23. I saw that too, maybe he's playing summer football just until the U-Sport season starts up in Sept.
  24. Bite your tongue! Other than this one random photo of "two strangers talking" and maybe a video or two, there's no evidence whatsoever that Pierre consorts with this specific dude!
