I don't know if these 3 interviews with a British reservist have been posted earlier but I thought they were very entertaining and informative explaining the situation on the ground in Ukraine from a soldier's perspective. Interesting that he estimates shooting people with personal weapons accounts for less than 1% of causalities in modern warfare, but considering the advanced weaponry being used, it totally makes sense. Being an infantry soldier on the ground has been a bad career choice since WW1.

I have friends in Peru, the Americans have done this consistently over the past 100 years, I pay no heed to their criticism of Russia or any hypocrisy they spew when they habitually interfere in other countries affairs by promoting robbery, rape, torture and murder. The poorer the country happens to be, the better because they can't put up much of a fight. They are a nation ruled by serial abusers governing an impressive swath of imbeciles.

It seemed like Stern was forced out by the majority owners, it certainly seemed like he wanted to be involved with the team.

Snowfall has returned for it's 5th season, well worth watching from the start if people are unfamiliar with it.

With a population of 1.412 billion people I imagine that's par for the course, on average 27,765 people die every day in China. 1.412 billion people guaranteed to die some day, now there's an industry with growth potential for an entire lifetime! 😳

.....and which team do you suggest boldly take this chance, when many HC's are usually one bad season away from being fired? Surely you wouldn't approve if the Bombers threw caution to the wind and took such an uncalculated risk?

You're sounding a bit desperate, like Rider fans hoping to snag that last playoff spot through the cross-over despite tanking their season down the backstretch, any loophole will do. You fail to acknowledge how unpalatable the current version of the CPC has become to most Canadians, so hope is all you got.

I've yet to see Calvillo interact with a player or coach on the sidelines, he spends most of his time staring at his play chart.

Losing touch with the humour of the situation and reality as I suspected they would, interesting to see if it becomes as ludicrous as Yellowstone.

C'mon man, you ain't that dumb. The premier of your province intentionally included that "colourised" black and white photo in her message as a wink and a nod to anyone with racist inclinations that might vote for her. But you're right it isn't "closeted racism", it's blatant.

What message do you think is being conveyed in the tweet below? How subtle, is closeted racism funny too?

Just the fact that she would even discuss such an illogical idea publicly and see no problem with it is worrisome. This is from Nov 13, 2019 Danielle Smith @ABDanielleSmith Just interviewed Gerard Lucyshyn from the @FrontierCentre about redrawing Alberta's and Saskatchewan's borders to correct an historic wrong and give us access to deepwater ports at #PrinceRupert and #Churchill. What say you BC and Manitoba? #ableg #cdnpoli

Don't Look Back - 2022/2023 Bombers Off Season
It sounds to me like Wade is talking dollars. O'Shea is probably the highest paid coach in the CFL now, the co-ordinators and their assistants have all been with the team for awhile and probably received a few salary bumps along the way, and nobody other than LaPo has moved onto greener pastures. No turnover in the staff, leads to fatter salaries across the board, Wade might have to consider offering Ritchie Hall a retirement package next year to free up some dollars to pay Walters.

That's the key, they rarely do, they provide sound bites of negativity to dwell on and shout out, but rarely provide a contrary plan or an explanation of their reasoning. Mainly because their followers are either too lazy to bother looking deeper into an issue than the soundbite itself, or are intellectually incapable of understanding it's complexity.

Calvillo was complaining a few days ago about not being considered for the HC job, now all of a sudden he is, although he likely won't get it. I'd pick Thorpe from that group. https://3downnation.com/2022/12/04/anthony-calvillo-believes-hes-ready-to-be-cfl-head-coach-but-has-not-interviewed-for-alouettes-job/
