Hopefully Miller was left out of the negotiating. If you have ever met him in person or dealt with him in business you would understand that he is a rough bull in a china shop type of executive. GM rookie and CEO is showing through today. Maybe he rubs people the wrong way. That type of attitude may be good on the playing field but in business it just does not go very far.

I agree that we have to be calm at this stage. But we have been calm for so many years and the obvious is happening. We have a rookie CEO, rookie GM, rookie Head Coach it is not a good start to the year. As a veteran in any job would you be enticed to start working for company headed by rookies if you were looking to advance your career.
