Weston Dressler has a proven track record of consistantly making big plays and contributing. The past being a good indication of the future, I'm happier with Dressler. I like Smith and believe he has a bright future, but 1 good year does not make him equal Dressler.

I'm with those who feel recycling coaches is a bad Idea. Especially the ones who didn't have a winning record. Doing this is just guaranteeing the same old cycle will repeat. I would have liked to have seen Lapo with a different GM, but his conservative offence was worse in my opinion than M.B. I would like to see Buck move up the ranks, but I don't think he's quite ready yet to be O.C. We need someone with experience and knows how to win.

Im just happy they are televising games regardless of who is commentating. Not so long ago, before TSN you could mostly see a few Ottawa and Toronto games until playoffs. Matt Dunigan's 700+ yard game has very little footage. The volume button works if too annoyed.

No doubt last week's game snowballed into something ugly after the hit on Willy, but I think we were in it and may have been a much closer score had the hit not occurred. Even if hit was called.... shoulda woulda coulda. Regardless, it was a beating and we move on. Every team takes them. I think we bounce back this week. As for Montreal and Cato. Taking nothing away from Cato and his successful first start (it was impressive), I think if Calgary had "film" on him, it may not have been quite so successful. Let's see if we can plan around who we are facing at QB now that we have some "film". I say we win and get back on track.

Winnipeg Calgary Edmonton BC Saskatchewan Hamilton Toronto Ottawa Montreal I see improvements in Winnipeg to make a cup run (of course i see that every year). Ottawa to win a few more games with new receivers and fight with T.O. for 2nd.

Hey there Bomber fans! You can add me to the list of long time lurkers. Been cruising the forum for a while now as well as the other sites for news etc. I'm a Bomber fan from back in the Dieter Brock days, but have yet to get to a home game as I live in southwestern Ontario. The closest I've come is sitting behind the visitor bench when the Argos play the Bombers at SkyDome. (pleasantly surprised at the number of Blue and Gold jerseys around me). Anyway, being a long distance away from Winnipeg, I appreciate all the news, speculation and information shared here. Thanks everyone! Steve
