Pre fa deals coming apart already...Tre Roberson deal with Ottawa has been scrubbed and I wonder how many others will do the same...Maybeeee the Lawler deal with Ham might meet the same fate........????we shall see

I also would've like to have seen Lewis in bluengold BUT maybe his ask was greater than Lawler's ...Don't know....but what I do know is that we are going to miss Kenny and his must have circus catches when needed....Apparently Zack is too, with the sentiments he imparted to third down...He thinks we would/could've retained him if we had known the situation with the sms and was none too happy....Maybe this saga ain't over yet

Regarding Kenny....he's already gone down the ' it was great playing in the Peg' goodbye...Now that doesn't mean he could/would change his mind BUT considering the late bull$hit game the league has played with the sms, he just might...He's one guy I didn't want to see playing elsewhere....I hope we contact him and see where he stands

IF Mitchell reverts back to his former self as a respected receiver in this league, then that's one positive ..We're gonna miss Kenny and Woli when the going gets tough and we need a guy with the special talent of making a circus catch....Demski is still very dependable but we have to come up with a guy to spread the field...I hope Clercius has a fantastic year and he could be that guy....Not that speedy but solid with good hands

IF a player is a French Canadian...I would say his preference would be to sign there...AND IF it came down to a few dollars dif in a contract, I think playing at home would be a draw....Not always mind you but lets be realistic...We have a few on our club that prefer playing at home...see Demski and Brady....I see other players who lean that way for their hometown ... Sad to see Woli go..A lot of fans are going to be unhappy with the decision to let him go...Sometimes moves like these hurt....but that's the world of football and professional sports

It's money....money......money.....and the nfl has lot's of it.....So they wave the bucks and it's adios....It's always a players dream to play down south and nobody will ever stomp on anyone's dream BUT that dream does nothing for the CFL AND it's fans paying for tix to see the best and their high expectations for their club.....I believe there should be some compensation however this system of ' we do our best to get the best and they take it' has gone on for so long it's just become an accepted part of our football world....We should be working on a way to change it

Yup ...and add that to a torn up finger on his throwing hand and you get the predictable result....When certain plays don't work out (dropped pass, sack etc.) he definitey gets flustered in the 'big games'......and forces things leading to some horrendous pics ...We have managed to come out on top in playoff tilts due to some heroics by our receivers BUT then the big choke happens and unfortunately occurs in the Cup games ...Zack was certainly a more relaxed qb. in the Cups we won....and I don't know, my guess is, it seemed the pressure to be successful and keep it going appears to have been too much....I hope he can return to the 'Zack' we know as a winner in 25'..IF not we better start beating the bushes

NO way we part with Kenny....so both will look very good on the offence......it's Dalton that might be in trouble....Missing a whole year to injury can do that to a player and Schoen might be on the bubble

It's starting to look like a 'rinse and repeat' look to this season...Yeah....that's all it would take seeing the punter re-upped and most likely with no competition for the position brought in....Then I think the writing will be on the wall for sure, and as it is now, it's starting to resemble the writing you find on 'subway walls'

On Ford.....we waited for him last year until he gave up (temporarily) on his nfl dream and he returned here....Can see the same thing happening this year....He likes it in the Peg and quite frankly I don't see another club backing up the truck for him....I could be wrong but I say Ford is back in BlueNgold in 25'

Nasty could be just that, labelling people he didn't like as 'vermin' BUT every once in awhile he'd come out with a nugget when describing certain teams managers as Vice Presidents of Standing Around.....Morris dug himself a hole in many teams books and their sites and was banned quite regularly.....Quite a persona was he, that usually ended up being 'persona non grata'

So how long into the new year do we wait for the call on the new OC.....Ranks are getting thin out there as far as CFL availabilities....Would be nice to get an inkling about the direction we're heading....Jackson looks to be the best option........the wheels are slowly turning when it comes to this hire, but I guess it's more important to get it right
