As far as penalties go for exceeding the cap you are correct, except you forgot to mention that the penalty also includes losing your draft pic IF the trangression is severe....The monetary loss is laughable ....losing a shot at a possible up and coming star could come back to bite you.....I know that the draft has the handle..'crapshoot' attached to it but sometimes the dice can come up a winner....GM'S do not like losing pic's ....that's a fact

I remember reading somewhere ....or was it on the tsn panel, that Bailey is a workout nut.....Keeps himself in fantastic shape and as fas as I can recall hasn't been sidelined with any dings whatsoever.....Agudosi on the other hand....Even though I like the guy , we really haven't seen enough of him cuz of injury
