yeah....Scott was also a top notch receiver and didn't drop many BUT I don't think the Esks. knew what they had in Poplawski....I think they thought they put one over on us....lol....Star for star as far as I was concerned

The biggest problem was next to no pressure from the Jeffs.....Evans was getting the ball off in split seconds, which was a good game plan from their point, but no pressure on the qb. was also a contributing factor....Evans was on his game .....in his hands and gone and our dbs' didn't have anytime to respond....Pitch and catch down the field and we were done....I hope we're more prepared next game for a similar tactic by the riders....Faj is no Evans.....orrrrrr is he ...lol...We'll see

The sky is not falling because of that miss step in Ham.....I think we've become a spoiled lot and expect the club to be perfect and a winner every game....ain't gonna happen....Certainly we could have had a better showing in Ham. but they came to play...we didn't...When you have had the kind of successes we've had in recent times people begin to 'expect' the best....sometimes it comes off the rails....I don't think we'll make a habit of it ....IF we do down the stretch, it won't bode well for the playoffs...We're better than that especially if and when we make a few tweaks and get a few players back off of the 6 game

Bailey.....he made that game at least palatable Leggs.......had a near perfect game.....had one of his punts that was straddling the Ham. goal line ,stopped on the one instead of creeping into the endzone.....perfect Schoen........showing us why he has rookie of the year ....just about locked up

'Show up for the big games'....we certainly didn't show up for that debacle and that's key.....Too many injuries in the secondary....no push up front to get Evans off of his game....Jeffcoat out ...big reason....This game provided us with some insight into the areas of the game we are lacking...It's still not too late to insert guys like Hassel and see if he can't bring some stability to the DB corps....along with that we might need to airlift some help.......The only thing we can really do is put a game like that behind us and plug the holes this game gave us the insight to correct.....Don't want to see another ass kicking like that for the rest of the year....We are better than that crapfest we showed in Ham.
