Cam Marshall played in the last game against Calgary last year... I was hoping to see more of him in that game, had a couple decent runs...

At camp in 2013 I woulda ranked him 2nd behind only Buck... Buck, Yantz, Hall, Goltz, Chase something (I forget the guy's name) ... then again, there wasn't much to be excited about that year...

Something people are forgetting.... last season Greaves played between an injured January and a declining Morley... putting him between Bryant and Picard will make a huge difference... I agree that Greaves is no all-star... but surround him with all-stars and he'll definitely help solidify the left side...

Hopefully he can be what everyone has wanted Fitzgerald to be... or a combo pack of Fitz/Pointbriand

That's a fact that everyone seems to be ignoring... Canadian WRs is something every team needs and Sask and Ottawa both passed on him... the final rec rankings were Durant, Demski, Richards, Harty....

Based on that list of RFAs I would take Holtby in a heartbeat... Huberdeau, Galchenyuk, and Taresenko are great players but they wouldn't be as significant an upgrade as Holtby would be... there's where I'd spend my 25M over 6 years... And for all the buzz kills out there I guess it should be clarified this is kind of a dream scenario... no one is actually suggesting the Jets will sign one of these RFAs away from their team...

Poblah, Etienne, Muamba, Mulumba and Pencer? My god what a cast of busts. One of the jokes about Mack drafts is he either picked players that were too good for the CFL or not good enough... this list perfectly exemplifies that...

I would have been happy with Waud/Richards... I'm not trying to bury Morgan or anything, I admittedly know nothing about him and his lack of name recognition is the only reason I'm sceptical about him... but I read some promising scouting reports and I liked a lot of the stuff I saw on his highlight tape... my only concern is on some of the plays he may have benefited from playing against CIS talent... Does anyone know why Maxx Forde free-fell (is that the proper past tense for free-fall??)... I thought most mocks had him in the 2nd round or so...

I suspect once Hardy went off the board at 10 they didn't feel they could take that chance. You're probably right... I wonder if they de-valued Durant so much that they wouldn't take the chance that one of those two guys would be available at 15...

Why wasn't "far too early to say" an option? I think what it really comes down to for most people... I know this applies to me... is not only did we not get Demski, but he went to the worst place possible... just frustrates me thinking of him playing in Green... any other team I can live with...

I would have liked Waud at 11 and Richards is probably still here at 15... Morgan only makes me nervous b/c I'm never heard of him but hopefully he turns out to be a good one... it just seems to me like Waud fills a need better... giving us to option to play 2 NIs on the D-line in certain situations...

Have to agree with this... if starting an American at guard solidified the o-line then sure... but they were still just as bad... might as well get Goossen some on-the-job training...

That's kind of a stupid system... Mtl gets a home playoff game despite an inferior record, gets the win, and still gets rewarded with the better draft pick... Don't you think I probably already explored that possibility...

I have a question abotu draft order that I've been wondering for a while but keep forgetting to ask... based on the way the season ended, why is the draft order not: 1. Ott 2. Wpg 3. Tor 4. BC 5. Sask 6. Mtl I don't understand why Mtl picks ahead of BC and Sask even though they went further in the playoffs... been bothering me for a while so hopefully someone knows the answer...

The reality is Taman did do this exact thing with the Bombers... but as we all remember too well KG got hurt and it didn't quite pan out... so if we were in the exact same situation now but had the 07 win, I'd be quite happy with the Taman era...

Greaves ? I would think if anyone Neufeld would be on notice, however I don't see any OL coming in and taking a starting spot out of TC except for the unknown ( Injuries , trades ) Personally I think it is pointless to take an OL at #2 they will just sit this year a possibly next year as well. All I'm saying is if Greaves and Neufeld are being challenged for their spots by Goossen and Chung... that's a very good thing... I think we can all agree on that...

If we take Chung... I wonder if that puts Greaves on notice...
