Sometimes... actually often... a stat line or 0 tackles, 0 knock downs, 0 picks is the best thing you can see from a DB...

Luckily our D-line has more Poop this year... in the good way... As for the offense... with Harris, Flanders and Thorpe all in the game... we might have the best medium pass and YAC threats in the league...

Seriously though... calling him a "bust" has nothing to do with his ability, talent, work-ethic or 'physique'.... it's simply the fact that he was a high draft pick that didn't pan out... Garrett Waggoner was a fantastic athlete (I guess he probably still is)... but never lived up to his draft position, therefore bust...

I'd have it like this: 1/2: Calgary and Edmonton... I'm tempted to think Cgy is a better team but tough to argue with 7-0 3/4: Winnipeg and BC... completely disagree with the first part.... there is plenty of auto-tuned garbage out there... but also a ton of awesome rock bands that don't get main stream attention... I am not a huge Shania Twain fan (mostly cuz I'm not a pop-country fan)... but this seems like a safe and popular choice for the CFL... probably not winning over the younger fans with this announcement...

Without reading the thread... I just want to say that "elite" is such a subjective term and completely useless when analyzing athletes, especially QBs... Is Matt Nichols a good QB? Is he capable of leading our team to the Grey Cup? I say yes to both... so whether you want to call him "elite" or a "game manager" or a "gun-slinger" or "insert generic sports term"... all these terms are irrelevant... just win baby

I might argue this is the case... Last game (the best we've had from field side all season) had Brian Walker at HB (Bruce's old spot) and Carmichael at CB... maybe the team sees: Randle - Heath - Loffler - Walker - Alexander as the best secondary we can dress... not sure I would disagree...

In Sask?... with the all-powerful Chris Jones?.... unheard of!

according to my research Intzandt is on Ottawa's PR... but Butcher is a free agent... so if the team was interested in developing him, he's available...

probably lots of food at the stadium... their salary is basically "walking around" money... as long as they don't have 4 kids to support they will be just fine...

disagree,... fans don't make personnel decisions... and I am quite thankful for that most of the time... Kevin Glenn is better today, 9 years later, than any QB we've had since... save for Buck and Nichols... I also don't totally disagree with Spuds point... he was 1 win away from a home playoff game... however he made far too many stupid personnel and in-game decisions... I'll kindly refer to him as a bad coach, rather than a terrible coach...
