Writing as a CFL fan, is it bad that I really don't care whether Durant comes back or not this year? Great athlete, has come a long way in understanding our game, but there's always been that 'something' about Durant that annoys me. Annoying in how he approaches the game, his teammates and the rest of the league. It's hard to put that feeling into words other than he doesn't appear to come across as authentic. Hope I'm wrong for his sake. Just my opinion as a CFL fan. His attitude definitely rubs me the wrong way. And the soccer-esque dives he takes when he gets a little nudge. It's because Migs does not understand MUTLIQUOTE. Is it a Saskatchewan thing?

He obviously should have called the plays that the Esks couldn't stop! what a moran. Cortez has been terrible lately. I would not be disappointed if he lost his job. Yeah fire arguably the best OC in the league because a backup qb in his first chances to start doesn't look good... the things some of you say. If you fired Cortez there would be a lineup of teams picking him up. And the answer to the QBs struggles isn't to do the same play calls every possession. The answer probably isn't to fire him, but he needs to pick up his socks.

No offense but how would you know? There's lots of us can remember exactly how it went down. Calgary wanted to make a big splash and sign a big name qb to wash the stink of the Feterik era off the team and they paid Burris a ton and gave him the starting job outright. Riders offered him nice money but they were keeping Greene around and wanted competition at the position. Burris doesn't like competition and he likes gettin' paid so he went to Calgary. Why should I be surprised that Calgary completely overpaid a player . They seem to be the Ottawa of the west.

And as much as Rider fans hate Burris, I don't even know that it was his decision to leave or not. I'm pretty sure it was because the Riders resigned Greene and didn't have cap space to sign Burris.

Burris is not coming to Riders. The only people suggesting this are a couple imbecile journalists & a few drunk fans. Not only that, Ottawa doesn't have any depth in their backups. They're instantly ****** (at least more than they already are) if they lose him.

That's if Durant doesn't return by then.

Chamblin doesnt play QB. Cupboard's bare at QB, defense pulled the chute. If you cant get up for a big divisional game just a finger wag from the coach wont fix that. Lots of similarities between this funk & the losing streak last season. I'm not ready to write Sunseri off yet. Anything can happen in the playoffs. I am. Doege is our man.
