Complete idiocy from Jones and McAdoo. A timeout should have been called right away. Probably would have had better field position for Crapigna if so. Sigh, not the first game we've lost because of incompetent clock management. It's infuriating.

Kind of wondered about that. Didn't look like anyone actually crossed the line.

Saskatoon has had more people than Regina for a long time. By quite a bit too. As of late, it has just over 260 000 people. It has grown like a weed. It had under 200K when I moved there as a toddler. Plus, the Sasktel Centre is far bigger than Regina's arena, and it would already be big enough for an NHL team. Regina would have to build a new arena. Same reason why Saskatoon is a long shot from a CFL team. No sufficient stadium.

I wouldn't hold my breath, although we do seem to be better in the second half.

Of course the Rider game would be the one that I miss. Should have been a homer I suppose.
