They are an exact tribute to the 1948 RCAF team who I believe won a gold medal or something important They look ok to me. I won't buy one but maybe a toque. I'm also not a male fashion expert so.. I dunno. Some will buy. Some won't. Out of touch? Not really... I mean not everything they do should be a tribute to the franchise in Arizona I'd like to see a tribute jersey to the Winnipeg Falcons honestly Lots of people going to the games now, they weren't around in the 80s and 90s. They have no memory of the former franchise. Winnipeg has a rich hockey history outside the Jets also, I see no problems with them recognizing it. Not everything needs to be 80s Jets related

Winnipeg Jets 2023 Off-Season Thread

Maybe those rumors about Hellebuyck and Scheifele were just that... rumors Honestly the Jets are better with both of them. No #1 center and no #1 goalie... Chevy blew it? What gonna happen when both sign extensions? Cuz I'd put that at pretty likely right now. -
Winnipeg Jets 2023 Off-Season Thread

Perhaps most the core honestly as they all grew up with Wheels leading the way. Mark. Kyle. Fly. Josh. Lowsy. Apples. There's a few. But I get the feeling a guy like Dillon is probably going to really step up with the veteran leadership in the room and that's a good thing. KCs attitude is concerning And bones putting kc with Mark again, just asking for problems -

Bye Week Thread: Complacency, Budget & Leadership,
Goalie replied to BigBlue's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I'm not saying he's a guy but... if Stanley Bryant for example doesn't feel like showing up until the 2nd half or If Zach can't complete a pass for a quarter, I fail to see how that could be on coaching. It's on the players Training camp gave me country club vibes, our vets didn't even practice really. Complacency appears to be a factor. Maybe when u win 2 Grey cups tho and appear in a 3rd one only to lose in somewhat heart breaking style, perhaps it's hard not to be a bit complacent. I suppose when u look at the country club training camp atmosphere tho, coaching would play a role also and not just osh but buck hall osh and the entire crew. Roster management also. Jackson and Schmekl just = handicapping the roster on purpose. It's odd actually. I'm curious if that is purely osh decision or if hall has a say there. Kramdi who is a whipping boy, surely that's a hall decision since starting D and he's the coordinator -
Bye Week Thread: Complacency, Budget & Leadership,

Complacency could be a factor Some folks kinda refuse to believe it at times But really the biggest problem is Zach hasn't been that great. Yeah throws for yards and tds but, he's made more stupid rookie qb mistakes this year also... when the guy who touches the ball every o snap is struggling... Leadership could be a factor The team has come out flat consistently this year. More often than not, the O in particular does **** all for 1.5 quarters sometimes more, the d seems to struggle early also, in hockey I'd put that partially on coaching, so I think it's coaching partially here also, but also on the players who shouldn't need to be motivated by a rah rah speech In games we have lost, Collaros has been real bad. Even in some we won. Not just him but... the O struggles are my biggest concern You can look at Jackson or Thomas or Schmekel or some random dude who plays 2 snaps a game but they aren't why we struggle at times or lose. We lose because our high priced QB looks like a rookie some games -
1. Zach 3 picks 2. Osh Jackson and Schmekl 3. Houston. We got a problem HH Holm. Demski. Awe douchebag move - head ref announcing bombers penalty with lots of joy and excitement WTAF award to tsn for the plethora of interviews
-
Zach imo has had happy feet since his injury, even before a bit. It's concerning
-
Pretty sure buck also ain't calling throw in to triple coverage every play either. Zach improvises and likes the big plays more than the long drives
-
Not sure it's Willie or biggie or rose or BA really struggling tho is it. Guys we holding on to get 4 plays a game
-
1 and 2 the last 3 is cause for concern
-
No way schmekl Jackson types should be on the roster, I'm also positive Eli is better than Kolo We dress lots of guys who just play special teams and heres the thing, special teams suck this year. I don't think it's just the return game
-
My concern is Collaros. He's looked real off at times, like rookie mistakes often. 3 picks today happy feet... I dunno, the o averages 42.5 points a game, we put up 23 and lost... makes sense
-
Houston gonna get owned going for a pick again.
-
Nice tackle Johnny
-
Pick 6 time.
-
2nd and 96
-
Zach gonna give it back if he's back out. Happy feet.
-
I'd get Brown some reps
-
Pull Collaros he's done
-
Who knows I'm just guessing
-
Zach looks like ****.
-
Parker has nowhere to go. Late flag on us.. Jackson probably. He just pancaked a guy. Maybe
-
Willie makes a tackle. Well biggie did
