Really see DB or Defensive pick at 13. Don't see OL. Really don't. -

Who da Fook is this guy? A former bomber? Did he play a game? -
Circumstances play a role. He's got 4 years left since he had 1 left still, doubt he goes anywhere honestly

Lawson, 24, was the 16th overall pick of the 2020 CFL Draft out of Queens. He appeared in four games for the Als last season. A native of Caledon, Ont. ,Lawson was named the OUA Lineman of the Year in 2019. -

Pretty sure Duane Slay made the team based on name but was cut early. -
Sounds like Paul let it get out of control. No accountability for Mark or Blake most nights but guys like ehlers were thrown under the bus. That was an issue He did bench mark for 1 period but seemed like that backfired hard. Good coach who was here probably 2 years 2 long. Is that on Chevy or Chipman tho. The murat article makes it seem maybe Chipman got to involved on the hockey side of things and let his personal feelings interfere with the business side. Starting to think someone spoke up maybe buff maybe Laine and an argument happened and yup, here we are. 55 and 26 definitely got preferential treatment. If you break it down, something happened In 2018 19 and its been festering since. What? I dunno but surely the preferential treatment of certain players who could do no wrong played a role. 55 has become a very cocky person who seemingly can't take criticism. Paul talked of statues of mark tho and blew smoke up his ass so can u blame him? Wheels was known as a hardass leader, but seems to have mellowed and atleast was talking about us we the team at his year end but mark was all about mark and that's a problem and honestly I'm not sure it can be fixed. They played a fun style on their conference finals run that suited their skills but then switched it up after losing to St Louis the next year, probably around then. Buff left shortly after. Laine gone not long after, little to injury, losing both buff and little, 2 respected veterans, that hurt them too.

I'm excited for blue bombers football to begin soon. Rookie Camp shortly -
Disagree about bigger d. Stanley was terrible, he's 6 7. We need smarter D like Samberg and Heinola. We need to design a system that fits them and not force square pegs in round holes. Toby Enstrom was small but one of the best defensive d in the league when he played. Charas are rare, Toby's are more the norm. Carolina D ain't huge neither is Colorado. It's not the 1980s... speed n skill over slow n big any day. Smart high hockey IQ plus good passing is more important than being big. Bigger D? Morrissey by far our best, he's not big at all, he's just smart.

My uncle committed suicide 20 years ago almost to the day. We didn't understand then but we convinced ourselves we do now. Remember that day and honestly weren't even that close with him. Just remember the day very vividly. You wonder why and could drive yourself crazy thinking about why, I was a young teen at the time, he had 2 young kids, recent divorce. My mom has told us he was bullied as a youngster and had some depression issues but ppl just looked the other way then. Could we have saved him knowing what we know now? No. I don't think so cuz sometimes ppl do things that we can't or won't ever understand. In his mind, he wasn't happy and that was his way out and that's the opinion you will likely end up at of you have dealt with it also. In their mind they aren't happy and nothing will ever change that.

Rickard Gronberg is interesting and has an interesting approach to coaching that may work with this group. Lane lambert is the guy ppl say is ready, trotz assistant In long Island St Louis asst Jim Montgomery also is an interesting name
-
So coach options... I'll start Pascal Vincent - makes most sense. Todd Woodcroft NCAA coach, was a Jets assistant a few years back Brad Barry from UND. I just like UND.

Seems like a few of you got your head buried in your ass along with 55 and 37 and a few others
-
Unhinged? Nope. I was right about Paul. Now you got a few other bad apples to deal with. 55 is one, it's been known for a while, league insiders have Said they heard his name around the deadline, helle is another, also Schmidt and Dillon. It's not just 1 or 2 problems. It's more than people think. It just starts with a couple entitled selfish players. People need to understand its not a winnipeg thing... it's an entitled players thing tho. The covid restrictions played a role, the wives bring from the US play a role but 55s comments scream entitled whiner who is unaware of his own shortcomings. Think what you like, guaranteed 55 is moved out and he likely won't be the only one. https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/weekend-wrap-playoff-preview/id1332150124?i=1000559311522 What does he know tho. About 15 minutes in American players didn't like the covid restrictions.... shocking. Now some want out of Canada This isn't exactly breaking news
-
Since when do the Jets owe mark Scheifele anything. I wanted to hear accountability from him but there was none. That's the problem. Seemed all ppl wanted from him was accountability but we got a tone and attitude of I'm more important from him. He also thinks his game is perfectly fine how it Is. This is an example of how 1 bad apple can ruin the bunch. The bunch tho talking accountability and culture while 55 thinks he's bigger than the team.
-
Last several weeks all the young guys talking about accountability and then you get that from 55. **** him. It's all about Mark. So far gone from what he was
-
Your cell phone does that daily

Twitter is a cesspool of drunken fans. Who cares about Twitter. If he wants out and sounds like he does, **** him. Fit in or **** off.

Not sure. Rumors out there about him being named hockey ops president and new gm coming too. Nothing is official at all, there has been no news release. Chevy speaks tomorrow
