If you want more interest and in turn more revenue you need to put a team in QCity and the maritimes. Easier said than done. CFL will never be the NFL ever. NFL Is on its own really. No other sports are close. Honestly I think I saw something that said the only comparable to the superbowl in terms of how much $$$ it brings to the local economy and that stuff is WWE WrestleMania. That’s wild. cfl will never be that tho but unless we join the USA the cfl is our NFL really meaning that it’s the highest level of football played in the country. Market it better for corks sake. It’s an affordable family friendly part of our Canadian MF’ing heritage. I don’t want to be a bastardized version of the nfl.

How do cfl numbers compare to nfl numbers in Canada. ? Is the nfl games on Thursday and Sunday drawing like way more Canadians than the cfl does? Cuz young ppl like soccer and hockey. And Roblox and iPads and anime and things like this, comics are extremely popular. Card collecting. Shoe collecting. I’m not sure this draws any young person. Have Taylor Swift do half time at the grey cup.in Winnipeg. She’s a fan of Winnipeg (I have a pic of me and her when she wasn’t as famous but still famous ) and collaros and Kelce are buds so make it happen if you wanna draw the young ones. But this might work cuz some of the diehards are pissed and young ppl like pissing off older people.

No it’s not. It’s still there. He can return a miss for a TD but a miss won’t be worth 1 point if it sails through the end zone. Essentially eliminating the point given to missing the fg unless ball carrier trying to return (Vaval) is tackled in end zone. in my mind this ain’t significant at all and will draw no new viewers.

O’Shea sees himself in Jake. A Canadian who has played a long long time. O’Shea didn’t go out on his own terms did he. Maybe he thinks Jake should. I think it’s probably that simple. It’s about having respect for the veteran but not having the heart to tell him it’s over cuz maybe O’Shea didn’t know when it was over for him. But he did release him years ago. Because it’s the cfl. That’s why. I think it’s likely revenue related. If it’s on field it’s replay RTP or something they could introduce today. Why announce changes when there’s 5 games left. Could be as simple as starting the season earlier even. Major on field changes being announced but then not implementing them until next season seems like a dumb thing right now. Why not wait till season over. If it’s on field it’s something they can introduce immediately without really effecting things. You can’t rip up fields In 4 days and I’m not even sure Hamilton and Ottawa have the room.

Then again normally when ppl announce significant changes it’s not with 5 games left so if it’s immediately implemented then it’s 100 percent replay related. It’s something to do with replay or roughing the passer penalties cuz honestly you can change rules all you want but a significant change is protecting the starting QBs cuz nobody paying to see backups play. Thats a league wide problem and would make sense. Or AI reffing.

Personally I think revenue is unique to each market. There isn’t anything they can do to all of a sudden make 30000 ppl go to game’s in toronto. Same with Calgary and whoever else not Winnipeg or Saskatchewan rules? There’s 5 or 6 games left. Field size? That is more work than people think and would cost money. 1 division actually might make the most sense here. Or it’s a merger but that ain’t gonna go well. What were the plays hogan called and which ones did Streveler deviate from. I mean play calling will never be good enough for ppl who don’t know what plays are called. But you can’t complain last week about play calling and then complain this week when what he actually called worked cuz we won the game. Streveler threw 1 interception. That is prob considered a win cuz he’s throwing one every few passes. Limit his passes and he doesn’t throw the game away like last week. Streveler sucks. Zach has never been as incompetent as Streveler was yesterday. Ever. Honestly that was the worst bomber QB ing I’ve ever seen. It might be worst cfl starting qb performance ever. I mean at what point do you realize Streveler just ain’t the guy. Take away the personality and he’s a shitty QB.

Doesn’t matter. No injuries to the actual Jets players is what matters. And in this game there’s maybe 5 or 6 Jets players. Fleury Miller Stan. Gus Barron Koepke Moose gonna be much improved this year tho and that was their goal actually. To give the kids (Chib lamb Yager etc) some talent to play with cuz last year was a mess.
