The thing with Nichols, It's not like he did anything spectacular, he was just ho hum, he didn't make many mistakes aka he didn't throw many interceptions but in the end, ended up with a few for sure.. He was average, did he have some good games? for sure, he also had some bad games, he was ok, not MOP worthy or even close in my opinion, I'm not sure the team would have been any different if a guy like Glenn went in instead of Nichols, it's not about being spectacular, it's about limiting the mistakes, winning the turnover battle and we did lots of games, But outside of that rain game, there was really no games where we actually blew out anyone and for the most part, i thought our O went 2 and out a ton throughout the season and in games, I mean we had big leads at times but then we'd go cold... I dunno. Would i like it if Nichols is back? sure, 400 plus k? Probably not... would i guarantee him the starters position? I don't think i would actually.

I actually have no idea, it's so odd. That detective that brought in sure makes a strong case about it possibly being an intruder... I mean it does kind of make sense but what kind of makes me think it was one of Patsy or Burke is the ransom note, It's just so sketchy it seems, was written off of Patsys notepad and everything, her paint brush was used, I dunno...If i had to guess for real i'd say Patsy, but part of me thinks maybe just maybe it was an intruder of sorts. I dunno, not sure we ever will tho.

No bucks but the express that Rock N Roll showed up, The Bravado brothers showed up (ROH team)... Not much else tho, Abyss and Crazy Steve murdered a couple people it seemed, Pretty brutal to watch tho, so much crappy editing, they tried to go the lucha underground route a bit in terms of the cinematic type of feel but it came across more so as a really cheap bad ultra cheap, like i wanna say Blair Witch type of camera work. I actually started to get a headache watching it.

Seems like fighting is gonna go away when all the Thorburn calibre players are gone, It's always the Vets that are fighting it seems, Thorburn just fights cuz he can't do much else and honestly, he's a pretty bad fighter, He ain't no Peluso that's for sure. What Werenski is doing on a very very good Columbus team seems more impressive than what a winger or center who were expected to be good are doing. Sorry but the D man who wasn't expected to be as good as he is... way more worthy of rookie of tge year. Always gotta be a smart ass tho.... I only mentioned Werenski is a D man cuz I'm not sure some people know who he is.

I actually think what Zach Werenski is doing with Columbus is pretty amazing and at this point... he'd be the rookie of the year in my opinion. 27 games. 6 goals 12 assists 18 points. He's a D man BTW

I guess my opinion on trouba would be... if he truly wants to be here... keep him. If not trade him for the best offer you get. I'm not sure how he actually feels. He seems to be enjoying himself quite a bit with the fans at the skills competition tonight

Really is. Pretty obvious the cops pretty much immediately came to the conclusion it was John Patsy or Burke and never really thought it could be anyone else. So they might have missed or even dismissed evidence that suggested perhaps it wasn't. I still think it was 1 of them... who? I'm not sure but it just seems like it was 1 of those 3. Patsy? In a rage of anger snapped. John? Doubtful. Burke? Possible for sure by accident.

In general. I also think one of comrie losses actually was he let in 1 goal and pav let in 3 or 4 wad pulled. Moose tied up and lost in OT.

Trouba for Landeskog is fair straight up. Colorado doesn't have anything I'd want other than Landeskog Jost and their 1st. Ehlers is massive overpayment for Landeskog. Trouba plus prospect (Connor Petan Kosmo de Leo etc) for Landeskog and Jost is pretty fair also. Think Hall for Larsson here. Except Landeskog isn't as good as Hall and Troubas potential ( I don't see it tho) is more than Larsson so straight up Is fair. Landeskog is good but he's a winger and generally wingers have a bit less value than top 2 D men

Trouba hasn't looked good the last 5 games now. I'd do Trouba for Landeskog every day. It's pretty obvious that trouba doesn't have a future here. Laine Scheif Ehlers Landeskog Little Wheeler Perreault Lowry Armia Maybe it's bigger tho Trouba plus Connor for Landeskog and Jost or Colorado 1st. Big big fan of Tyson Jost... Jets really liked him at the draft... big character and work ethic on him. At north Dakota right now.

Buff checked out? No. He just plays about 3 or 4 minutes to many every game. Guy leads the league in ice time. His ice time needs to be scaled back. But when your other rhd options are trouba who I dunno he's struggling and Postma who isn't very good yeah buff is gonna play more. If Myers wasn't hurt buff would play less and look better. Ehlers Morrissey Buff Helle were very very good. Wheeler and Scheif look hurt still... just a bit slower than normal. ... Scheif especially but think both are banged up good. Perreault coming around. Really like the Perreault Little Wheeler line. Stafford has checked out and needs to be traded or put upstairs. Just zero effort. Did thorburn play? Enstrom has not been himself since getting back from Sweden. Trouba? He was ok but I really don't see him ever taking that next step or 2 to be a legit #1 or #2 d man. Now Paul.... Tanev Lowry Dano on the 3rd and put stafford on the 4th upstairs or on a flight somewhere else
