Besides being from manitoba.... he's not really an upgrade on stu or Chiarot for that matter. Nobody claimed him so that says all you need to know.

Reffing was pretty ridiculous this game. Couple pretty obvious missed ones on the same shift... interference on thorburn and then tripping on Tanev... both missed. But the Jets prevailed. Played pretty good for a back to back. Went defensive in the third tho for sure. Mathias Lowry Armia should not be broken up. That's our best line currently. Maurice won't mess with it. And shouldn't regardless of how well armia Is playing. You don't **** with chemistry and that lines got it big time.

Wild is getting by on reputation alone, he hasn't been that great this year... I actually don't think theres even been a noticeable drop off at the LB spot with him out of the lineup. I highly doubt he's back next season.

Petan from all accounts had a terrible training camp, Copp needs time with the Moose still... Dano is the right choice, Tanev Burmi Dano is not an awful 4th line, it's better than Tanev Burmi Thorburn that's for sure. It's almost at that time with Petan where he's falling down the depth chart, he's not even playing center for the Moose, they have him as a winger, Guys like Copp,De Leo, Roslovic even have passed him on the center depth chart... I get why people like Petan but so far, he really hasn't prven anything, outside of a great junior career, as a pro, he's done pretty much nothing.

Dano recalled. Right Move. I actually think Burmi and Dano together showed some nice chemistry last year so if the 4th line becomes Tanev Burmi Dano... instead of thorburn who really does nothing out there, It's an improvement for sure. Regarding Matthias, he seems to be snake bit a little bit, he can score goals, for some reason he's not just yet, i'm sure he eventually will pop a few.. i actually think Matthias Lowry Armia has been our best overall line the last 3 or 4 games... they have dominated, forechecking machines really, just need to capitalize, lowry is hands of stone but Matthias, he should start to put some in.

Just a comment on Wild. Love the guy... he's all heart and soul. .but he's had a rough year and unfortunately I don't think he will be back next season. I like him but he's probably making good coin and quite honestly.... he's getting by on reputation. He's been ok when he's played this year... not good not bad just ok and at his price tag I'd imagine they move on.

Adams had a hell of a start to the season. If he plays like he did b4... Dudes a game breaker.

If Lowry and Matthias could score... Armia would have about 10 points these last 2 games.

Hutch starts as per Maurice. Same lineup as tonight. Man they must really dislike Postma

Helle was very good. Made lots of difficult saves look easy. Hutch goes tomorrow tho per Maurice. Not sure I agree with that decision. But... if the team plays like they did tonight... they should win. This team is decent.. they need some time to gel and for the kids to learn how to play... the nice thing is ehlers Laine Connor helle Morrissey even scheif armia and Lowry all had very strong games. If the Jets can be around 500 until December ish... they got a legit chance to do some damage. They are a very dangerous team. Myers looking more and more like a solid number 2 d man every game he plays. Honestly I'm not missing trouba... he makes very little difference in my opinion. Little is the big loss tho. Play 500 or better until he's back and replace guys like Burmi and thorburn who really don't have a place on the team and we will be good. Tanev Copp Dano is a better 4th line than Tanev Burmi Thorburn

Argument could be made that ehlers has been our best player this season.

MP is a better winger. Call up Copp. Go Scheif Perreault Lowry Copp until little is back. Burmi shouldn't be on the ice

Ducks will be over the cap by about 150 000 and still need to shed salary. They are seriously in cap hell and might be forced to give up a guy like Theodore Larsson or Montour just to move a guy like Stoner. Like Chicago gave up Teravainen to get rid of Bickell. Ducks will have to do the same shortly.

And the call up would probably be 1 of Copp Howden or Dano. I'd lean towards Dano at the moment tho.

Pavelec is putting up crappy numbers in the AHL currently. He's not the answer. Dude was on waivers and nobody took him. Part of that is salary but part is the fact that for 5 6 years he's proven he's not good enough. Helle hasnt even had half an nhl season... Pav had 6 maybe more of below average goaltending and some ppl want pavelec back? Lol. He makes no difference and won't be in the nhl next year.

Dreger saying the jets made a 6 years 5.5 million per offer. Apparently trouba camp doesn't see a fit in canada Tho. Honestly they need to trade him or let him rot. Those are the 2 options. Overhardt word isn't the truth. It sounds like the truth is he wants out of not only winnipeg but Canada in general. If that's the truth... the little entitled boy needs to rot for a while.

Not negotiating doesn't mean they aren't accepting contract offers from the Jets. It just means they have a number they want and jets haven't offered it yet. Based on Lindholm I'd offer Trouba 5 million a year over 6. Nothing more. I'd even be reluctant to give him 5. Overhardt word is not gospel. .. it's closer to BS probably

Why was Burmi elevated to play with Scheif and Wheeler and Armia wasn't? Why is Lowry still on the PP? Why are we rotating goalies.... just ******* play one... Hutch and Helle are being groomed to fail. You can't be consistent if you are in a rotation. So... Thorburn plays against the not very physical team who likes to run and gun? But Connor sits? Just coaching killing this team . The PP ain't working...figure it out. .. switch it up...Buff in front of the net Laine Morrissey on the points... Scheif Ehlers on PP1. No more buff on the point or wheeler who really does nothing on the PP.

Postma is a very capable 3rd pair RHD. Stu Chiarot is just stupidity. Dallas tho is very injured and yeah... but still.... this is an example of why Maurice may not have as much rope as some suggest.

Bob Mckenzie explained it. Bottom line with Lindholm is the ducks don't have the cap space until they make a trade. That's the holdup... they only have 5.4 in space cuz they put depres on ltir but guess what. .. he won't be there for long and there's some talk that he shouldn't even be there now so let's pretend Lindholm gets 5.4 (probably wants more tho ) ducks have 5.4 in space but then depres comes back... uh oh... over the cap. They can't sign Lindholm until he is moved out... plus the 30000 cap space a day? U sure it's not week but regardless adds up. .. they don't have the cap space

Maurice goes long long long before Chevy does and if he keeps playing favorites and the pp keeps sucking and the team keeps taking penalties with no consequences it will be sooner rather than later. This team has skill out the butt... it's gonna take time for them to gel obviously but things like playing favorites... bad PP.. being unprepared to play... in football terms not making adjustments in game quick enough... no consequences for penalties... well it's on the coach. If this was the bombers ppl would want O'shea gone but since it's Maurice and he's a good talker... nope. It's crazy actually. But should ppl be surprised that a coach with a below 500 winning percentage with history of doing the same old same old isn't the answer? Wasn't the answer in Hartford or Carolina or Toronto and then sat for years not coaching.... there's a reason for that.... and it's got a lot to do with the fact that coaches with below 500 records don't get hired.
