I actually agree with this. I think once it's realized that shane isn't on, the fans start to tune it out. I also think tho that people shouldn't really read in to ratings week to week... ratings go up, ratings go down, they go up, they go down... You can't be worried about what the rating is gonna be one week and then if it's not as good the next week change things completely... It's about having a plan and sticking to that plan. You wanna know what will fix ratings? Have a good show, be consistent, week to week... that will fix the ratings... i also think ratings are somewhat overrated now a days... but that's a whole other story. But yup, do agree that Stephanie is a ratings killer for sure. It's interesting to me that the shows with just shane draw higher ratings than the shows with just stephanie.

Lots of people do community work, doesn't make them good people. Evander Kane was big in to the charity work also. It just seems odd to me, there has to be behind the scenes stuff to both of these deals (PK and Hall) that, as fans we don't get to see. PK in particular, he's a larger than life type of personality and i could see how that could rub some of his team mates and management the wrong way.... I mean, has to be more to it than just trading him for Weber right. They traded him for a reason, What that reason is? Your guess is as good as mine but there has to be some sort of underlying factor involved. Who knows what tho but theres something for sure. You don't just trade these guys for no reason. You don't trade PK for an older Weber for no reason, unless it's as simple as Montreal feeling PK just isn't worth the money he's being paid, but Weber is being paid more so..that kind of kills that theory doesn't it. Heres how to figure it out if it's worth fighting.. 1. Go find out if that 530 sign is up.. if it's not, you got a chance, if it is... you are pretty much wasting your time 2. Figure out how much money you'd actually lose if you took a day off work, trust me, it would be a fully day off for sure.. 8 hours guaranteed. Is it more or less than your ticket is? If it's more, then it's not really worth it.. less? It might be but at the same time, because of the whole 530 timezone thing... You still would be just wasting your time in my opinion. Unless you have some pretty solid proof that sign wasn't posted, then... you seriously are wasting your time.

Well, considering the sign is posted right there saying it's till 530... You will lose. Waste of time, just pay the ticket. It's basically easier for you to just pay the ticket and admit you made a mistake. There is a school zone on... is it Panet i think? Not sure but around there, near KP ish... it's annoying as annoying could be, There is a school pushed back off the street, believe it's called Kings School or something like that... That section is annoying but... you know what, I'm used to it so i follow the speed limit, you know what pisses me off tho? When i see someone speeding through it... It pisses me off more than the school zone itself.. That school zone is probably the worst in the city cuz the school isn't really close to the street AT ALL but it pisses me off when i'm doing 30 and i see a car or 2 come speeding by, I actually hope that the people speeding by get caught and when i actually see people getting caught, I just laugh at them. Why are we doing this? Because good teams try to find better players all the team. It's football, if you aren't trying to bring in players to push your current players, then why bother. It's basic knowledge really. Why bring in this guy? Because the goal of a football team is to find players better than what they have. Bottom line.

How can anyone say after week 1 that a team is mostly as good as last year? I just find that difficult to understand. It's been 1 game, I've always been under the impression that the first 2 or so weeks of the season is really just a continuation of the pre-season. Calgary did not look good last week, they actually looked really really bad. Bombers looked bad also but at the same time, Calgary looked just as bad. Calgary is supposed to be good, they are supposed to be very good. They looked like crap against BC. It's not like BC played that great either, Calgary just wasn't very good.
