Doubtful, this almost would confirm Pav coming back for 1 more year lol, cuz obviously you leave him exposed or you sign Hutch and buy out or trade PAv, cuz maybe a team has a young goalie they want to protect?? Anaheim being interesting with Anderson and Gibson, Tampa with Bishop and Vasilevsky, Pitt even with Fleury and Murray. No goalie comes back to us, but... They get to decide which one to keep and trade to other teams also for maybe a VET guy. Like Pav, leave him exposed and either trade one of your younger goalies for Picks or help elsewhere or lose them for free to Vegas Anderson or Gibson???? MAF or Murray?? Bishop or Vas??? Morrissey is injured and probably done for the season right now. Of that List, Connor and De Leo, assuming Michigan is eliminated early enough are the only 2 real options.

Personally I like the 1 3 7 option way more and If i had to bet, I'd bet on that being the one. Some teams will be screwed there, Nashville,Calgary in terms of D men... they are gonna lose a really good D men If I'm the Jets tho, Buff,Trouba,Myers(Hamonic) are my 3 D men that I protect.

Well, if they wanted him in their long term plans, that would be a good way of showing the player some love but my thought with Myers was he was always going to be traded by the Jets eventually, not sure why i feel that way, I just think if they had to chose between Buff Trouba and Myers, and they had to get rid of one... Myers would be the obvious choice. RHD is not an issue for the Jets... Myers could very well end up being traded soon, he might not be tho, who knows, might be an interesting off season and draft this year.

The Lottery comes down to basically the luck of the draw so trying to get last is pointless when the last place team has a better chance at picking 4th then they do at first. We aren't out tanking the leafs or probably Oilers for that matter. Yes, it does come down to who is eliminated in the playoffs but Chicago not winning the division would be a good thing for the Jets pick unless of course they go to the Cup Finals or conference finals.. Both seem likely but with how they have been playing is not guaranteed.
