I don't really think O'shea is a problem. I think a QB that refuses to go deep until the 4th quarter is. I think the D was a huge issue this game. I think Willy is scared to get hit and when he does... even if it's a little weak hit he goes down like he was shot. I don't think firing O'shea changes that. I don't even know if playing Nichols changes that... but I guess at this point.... don't you have to give Nichols a shot? I think that's the only way you find out for sure what the problem is on O.

Willy is 7 of 11 for 111 yards. I'd say the D is the bigger issue right now. Our D plays so soft. Stamps just marching at will against them. O isn't great but the D is just bad

Anyone expecting the Jets to go out and overpay for free agents on long term deals will always be disappointed on July 1st. Isles will regret the Ladd signing in 4 years. Buffalo will regret the Okposo signing in 4 or 5 years. Wonder if they are done now or if they are still looking at some LHD. Mathias is a very good value signing. I kinda feel jet will be shopping around Lowry Copp stafford. Interesting to note when Chevy was asked about do you sew Mathias as a 3rd line center he mentioned he sees him as a guy who can play wing also and specifically mentioned perrault and Burmi as potential centers in the organization.
