Team Losing Because Of Coaching Decisions
Goalie replied to TransconaBomberfan's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Nope. Why would he want too. So he can be fired in a year ?? -
I think. Well. Sometimes teams just have your number. Edmonton seems to have ours. Haven't won there since 2006. 99 or something to 15 last 3 games points wise.

Team Losing Because Of Coaching Decisions

Marve I'd hurt. I guess the real question is if he's hurt why not dress Davis instead -
The D was good. B4 willy was hurt it was 4-3. 2 interceptions later. Big punt return later. End game really. D played well but got no help from the O. It's quite apparent that the team gives up when willy goes down.

I'd fire the OC first

Yeessssssss. Dunigan is TSN's best colour guy EDIT: Crap, looks like Black is doing play by play. Gonna have to get more beer Black and Dunigan? Weird mix. Why not Miller? It probably is Miller -

Name an Eastern City really cuz they aren't moving a team to the GTA, not a chance in Hell, NOpe to Hamilton, nope to any of those places, there are no places in the east outside of quebec and Ontario really that want a team or another team. Pretty obvious that Seattle or whoever, whenever they get that arena deal done, guaranteed you will see the Coyotes move there... The current owners could even own them there... Sure 2 teams might have just applied for expansion but bet on it that Seattle has been told that if they get an arena built, they will have an NHL team.

It's time for the Riders to start sucking ...

Has Taman ever been GM of a team that actually had an owner? I mean in Winnipeg, no real owner, kind of a board to answer too, in sask, same thing. Taman ever actually been a GM anywhere that just had 1 guy in charge really instead of a bunch of them? I mean, not sticking up for Taman here but... that can't be easy to deal with. -
Bombers in turmoil? Man only to 5 or 10 of you on this board. 2-2 here people. Relax. Talk about massive over reactions. If I was a potential coach and I read this board especially after a loss man nope thanks but no thanks. Some of you get ridiculous. Is Trestman not the OC or something for Jacksonville now? Trestman isn't and never will be an option. Teams who fire coaches every 2 years or so don't end up with coaches like Trestman cuz those coaches are smart enough to avoid these toxic places. Winnipeg has been a coaches graveyard. That's a fact. Keep firing then every 2 seasons and nobody will want to come here. Like it or not and it don't matter what me you some real estate guy or some teenagers say... right now stability is important to this franchise and O'shea will be here a while unless I dunno how's Coach MB sound? Awesome

When the rebuild is done in leaf land Lou will be gone. I suppose dubas or Hunter will be the next GM and I guess nothing wrong with learning from Lou but I feel at 72 the game has passed him by. Word is Lou is good with the trades. The only real problem in Toronto is I don't think they have many players who are worth much. Well they might but Reilly Kadri and Nylander and Marner are part of the rebuild. Don't think Lou would get much for the leafs other crap tho. Gonna be honest. I hate the leafs and hope they fail miserably. They are the only Canadian Team I would cheer against if they ever made the cup final.

Guess this is what happens when you start building or at least preparing to build a stadium b4 it's approved. Let's not forget Asper and Creswin (Wan is their guy) built a huge hole in the ground at u of m b4 he even had the money to do it. Turns out he didn't have the money. The design changed. This architect seems clueless for sure but he's only 1 of 3 maybe 4 groups who screwed the pooch really. Whats dome is done bit when the govt and Etc took over they probably should have changed architects instead of sticking with this guy

Concrete is concrete in my opinion. That concrete ain't cracking cuz of whatever the architect says. The concrete is cracking cuz the ppl who poured it did a crappy job. It's like roads really. Eventually cracks will form but if the cracks start to show up right away it's just poor workmanship. If they happen over time, it's expected but right away pretty much means the ppl who poured it went and effed up. Poured some concrete steps at the lake recently. I did 2 of them. Brother in law did too. Mine are good. Great shape. Brother in laws are cracked and falling apart. We used the same concrete. Difference was I took my time and he rushed it.

part of the whole american economic stimulus program was road construction. Many many many roads. Government there puts in tons, it's staggering the amount actually, if the feds here actually contributed like 10 percent of what the american government puts in, our roads would be way nicer too. heck even 5 percent.

Honestly, I'm not sure i'd blame the architect for cracks in the concrete, i think that's more poor rushed workmanship than anything else. I guess the way i see this... Architect is responsible for the design of the building... Contractor is responsible for building it BBB is responsible for well, pretty much rubber stamping it. The architect doesn't build the stadium or house for that matter, the contractor does.. This would be like if your basement floor had cracks, you'd blame the architect but in reality, it's the person who poured the floors fault aka the contractor. They are all to blame here, every last one of them... more so i think the architect for a poor design (possibly david asper gets some blame here too) and the contractor aka stuart olson. BBB? hard to blame them, if anything they can be blamed for being inept really, with sheegl a part of BBB at the time, yeah i'm not surprised that they didn't notice or probably more likely didn't care about certain things at the time.

hmm. 7th seems way to low really... means nothing but... regardless BC has beat sask twice who is ranked dead last.... Edmonton has beat ottawa twice who is ranked 8th overall... how are we 7th? we have beaten the worst team but we have also beaten a team who beat calgary and hamilton.. The one time Edmonton didn't play Ottawa, they got embarassed. The one time BC didn't play SASK, they lost too, to OTTAWA... I'd have the bombers around 4th or 5th, I'd put us above Montreal even because we beat them.

I think reality might be, if we keep firing coaches every 2 seasons or so, nobody and i mean NOBODY is going to want to come here. This is part of the problem actually, we are a coaches graveyard, This is why experienced coaches don't want to come here, why would they really. Plus the media here is a problem too, not sure who it was? was it millanovich who turned down a job offer or possibly even a job interview with the bombers cuz he didn't want to deal with our media? I don't get how people think firing coaches is the solution when it's actually part of the problem, a really big part of the problem here. You'd have to replace OSHEA with a rookie cuz no veteran coach is 1. available. seriously name 2. and 2. because only rookies would accept a job knowing they would be done in 2 years.
-
This whole thing was kind of a mess from start to finish by all parties involved, from Sheegl (god really, again this guy??) to Stuart Olson to Wan, they were all part of the problem. I can't say I'm surprised that this Sheegl guy was one of the guys in charge of BBB inc tho, that right there basically just tells me everything i need to know.

Well, Unlike his coach to the direct west of us, MOS doesn't throw his players under the bus so i wouldn't expect him to come out and say Hurl sucks.

I saw that and that's insane, all for failing to signal. There are rumors out there that suicide was BS and they actually ended up strangling her to death in her cell, they released video footage and conveniently there is nothing on the tape ( as in just basically static)at the time in question, It's pretty obvious they killed her. Lots wrong with this one here, it's pretty crazy actually. Some talk that her mug shot is actually of her dead, lying on the floor instead of up against the wall. Lots wrong with this one here for sure, man it would suck to be black in america. That's for sure.

Strange cuz last week I thought they blocked a punt late in the 2nd against Montreal. Short memories around here. If Mike Kelly visits this forum he must be shaking his head cuz man the guy was Def right about some of the fans mentality.
