It's guys who were here for a while, Lowry is a sophomore, he's played better since his call up, It's not him. I believe Ladd and to an extent Buff have CHECKED OUT and in a somewhat subtle way have been called out by their buddies Wheeler and Little, altho none of us have any clue what goes on in that room so maybe they aren't as buddy buddy as has been suggested in the past. Not sure if anyone noticed but the last couple games, instead of talking to Ladd, a guy like Ehlers seems to be spending more time chatting with Wheeler on the bench, Scheif did that earlier in the season too, last year Scheif was more so talking with Ladd on the bench, this year it's been Wheeler. Little things but in the big picture, they probably mean lots. Watch for it tonight, the younger guys seem to be gravitating more towards Wheeler than Ladd, Scheif would be 2 if he wasn't hurt. Part of the reason I think trading both Ladd and Buff is for the better is basically, they don't give it their all game in game out, that's not a good example to set for the youngsters, Buff could be dominating, when he feels like it tho, and that's not a guy I want the younger guys to be looking up too, I want them to be looking up to wheeler, little, perreault, who give it their all night in night out, Hell, thorburn has a ton of warts and is not a very good hockey player but the one thing you can't do, is question his heart and work ethic. The guy tries hard night in night out. That's a good guy to have around. It's guy like Ladd and Buff who take way 2 many nights off that are the problem and it's becoming more and more obvious.

Like most teams, i'm sure they have a list of guys that interests them, just off the top of my head, let's say Andrew Harris is one of them, I just think he's gonna sign here, perhaps a little inside info on that one, who knows but... They want him, he wants to be here. They will sign him. Other areas, Dline, Think they have made that quite clear that they are looking to upgrade the Dline, There are a couple guys still out there, Laurent,Capicotti etc... They will rank them 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. etc and go after the guys they want Oline, same thing. Receiver, same thing. That's how they will do it. Make a list of guys they want and then go after them and offer them money to come here. Really that simple. Don't think theres any magic formula or any other way of doing things, You make a list of the players you want and then you go out and make them offers. That simple.

What exactly do you mean by this? The bombers and specifically since taking over, Walters has been very active signing free agents and I expect the same from them this off-season also. Harris,Carter,Dressler or Smith (whoever sask decides to let go off), Oline,Dline, I expect the bombers to be very active. Walters has proven that over his time here, the one thing he has done well really, among other things but mainly the one thing he's always done is go after free agents.

He's just a prospect, a training camp body. Let's hope we sign Duron Carter...Carter with Denmark and then maybe Ryan Smith or Weston Dressler, whoever shakes loose from Regina

Eventually you need to transition to a younger group of players, especially with the canadian dollar and salary cap constraints the JETS will be facing I'm sure. It makes no sense, especially considering our RHD depth is strong and our LW depth is not.

Ehlers has more goals in less games than Drouin. Hell no to that. This trading of rookies just won't happen. So might as well stop pretending Myers for Hamonic. The salary cap might even go down.. Buff isn't getting 40 million over 5 years. It just won't happen. He's gonna be dealt, that's elite player money, Buff is not elite, Elite players make differences game in game out, Buff takes 2 many nights off in my opinion. He's actually part of the problem in my opinion.

As for Filling up the stadium, I think if the team is winning, people will come out and support them. It's really that simple. Iso, for a guy who doesn't live in Winnipeg, you seem to like to think you speak for lots of Winnipegers. Winnipeg is a sports town, give the fans a team worth cheering for and that stadium is filled, they sucked the last 2 years and attendance was still pretty darn good. For a losing team at that. Yeah they didn't average 30,000 but not many places in the CFL do. Maybe only 1 or 2. I would suspect the Bombers even with the losing are TOP 3 maybe at worst TOP 4 attendance wise in the league. Not bad for a team who is losing. What's that say about the fans? It says we care and we will show up, if they start winning, the fans will fill that stadium. EASILY.

Something to keep in mind here and this is important for sure... the canadian dollar is worth let's say 70 cents US, it's actually less i think but let's just round up.. You give Buff 9 million a year, that's american dollars, That's over 10 damn near 11 or 12 million CDN... That's not gonna happen.

Kopitar is a franchise player tho, that's how things are going... You will see more deals like that for the actual superstars and Kopitar is one, he's actually better than Toews in my opinion but doesn't get much fanfare. I'd say it's a fair deal for Kopitar. Him are Doughty are the face of that franchise.

I'm not sure but on twitter somewhere, they listed the penalties the Jets have and the tpenalty leaders on the team are Buff <-- he's actually number 1 by a fair bit The rest, not in order are Trouba,Stuart,Myers,Thorburn and Lowry actually. Ladd is actually near the bottom of the list.
