Useless for sure but not sure firing him earlier would have made a huge difference. Same O I'm sure but different guy calling the plays doesn't change a flawed system

I really do feel it's tough to gauge the O talent when the OC is useless. Technically also Willy was never a free agent... Walters traded Etienne for him.

Nichols won 2 games as a bomber and with a kicker it would have been 3. Regardless tho.. Nichols is a back up

That's what Chamblin wanted too. That worked out well. Edmonton and Hamilton and even Montreal are better examples

I'd like to see the bombers announce that they have fired MB this week. Nothing to gain keeping him. Just be done with it and move on. You have a bye week and last game will be meaningless. Get rid of MB now instead of waiting

I think schemes play a role. Is our oline good? Nope. Are they as awful as the scheme makes them out to be... I don't think so. Fire MB and bet lots changes MB seems to be playing the square peg round holes game. Play to our guys strengths instead of their weaknesses and you will really be able to judge the talent. Stanley Bryant doesn't go from all star to not good for no reason. It's schemes and it goes back to the OC

Gotta wonder if our reputation as an organization who fires people way to quickly is playing a role here. People talk about hiring the right coach but.... why would that guy want to come here knowing that in 2 years or even less people will be calling for his head. As for scouting... Ken moll explained it well a while back... you can put a list together but it takes sometimes 2 years for those players to finally come up here. It takes time.... something they haven't really had. 2 years... next year we should see some better recruiting hopefully. Then again maybe Walters and the scouts did bring in some good players on O but MB never really gave them a chance. Tough to say. Fire MB and let's see what happens. You fire MB and there is no more excuses cuz... I'm not sure anyone could succeed or look great playing in this O. Fire MB and see what happens. Look at replacing hall with a more aggressive minded d coach....

Petan is a playmaker tho. Probably has created more scoring chances than Burmi but is playing with 2 guys who aren't real threats to score. Put petan with better players and you will see better results. The ducks are awful so far. Just terrible really. They can't score

A rookie kind of struggling in the D zone? Nah.... he's learning. I agree Ladd is easier to replace tho.

Is 7 11 year one really that bad? The 5 13 is but.... starting QB injured.... terrible O. Not sure the O is on O'shea exactly. D and special teams have got better. D was good enough to win today... the O just never took advantage. Asking your d to win games is tough... think that is what's happened this year. Our 5 wins are mainly due to Willy and our D. Our losses are all on the O in my opinion. 20 points scored today... 23 25 20 something the last several games. That's not enough to win on the cfl.

Hall is too passive. Bend but don't break. I like our D but.... they need to be more agressive

Lol. Fro brought some O at least. Burmi is a guy who likes to hold on to the puck too long. He has 1 goal in to an empty net. Not sure he scores a 2nd. Burmi hasn't been good. Fancy Stats back that up. If you like guys who don't shoot and hold on to the puck too long... Burmi is your guy. He's probably an ideal 4th liner tho since he plays good d but that's all he does
