I would bet that the majority of the people on here see it the exact same way. Hey man, it seems to me what you are saying is our oline is good enough.. when all of us know it isn't. Whatever man, you can pretend all you want but fact is, our oline sucks and everybody except apparently you knows it. We have given up the most sacks in the league, our qb gets hurried pretty much all game every game, how don't you see it? Are you trolling right now? Honestly, didn't think you were but if you can't see that our oline is a huge issue, then you gotta be trolling. Yup that Cornish is just doing it all on his own, its got nothing to do with the oline at all.. nope. Nothing. You put Willy and Grigsby behind that line, same thing happens. You put cornish behind our line, not sure he's half as good.

Whatever, you can see what you want to see but its quite clear that he gets lots of time to throw. Yeah theres one or two times where he doesnt.. but for the most part, he has all day.. willy does not and if you can't see that, you are kidding yourself.

completely disagree with the last statement. then you aren't watching many of the other games. Lets use the best team in the league as an example cuz thats who we want to be like... they have given up like 15 sacks all seasons, bomber give that up in 2 or 3 games. It's very obvious that Willy does not get enough time to throw always. Easy to sit on the computer and say he held on to the ball too long but pretty tough to say that when you can't see the entire field, was anyone at all open? most times? probably not. who knows though, don't kid yourself, watching at home on tv you can't tell. I'm not sure how you disagree with that statement, just watch any other game really. Pretty amazing to see Calgarys oline compared to ours, it's night and day.

Yup. Not sure how they missed that. All were watching, totally flubbed it up again. Incompetence? has to be. I refuse to believe they do it on purpose but man at times it seems like it.

Another low scoring game.

Have come to a conclusion that the reason for all these low scoring games this year... hell another one in the calgary bc game.... is simple. It's because after a big play normally for the offence, the refs throw a flag.. pretty hard for an offence to gain some consistency or momentum if you will if they are being flagged every other play. Refs are very flag happy this year, calling way more penalties than they have in the past. It's a problem. Gotta let the teams play.

I don't think the pressure is getting to him. If I was him, and if someone in the media puts out there that I said something I never said, I'd be angry as well. and since the tweet was deleted, pretty much tells me the media guy was WRONG.

Think he's pissed because people around these parts like to assume things, especially the media. As for being pissed at the refs, i can't blame the guy.. i'd be pissed too and i am pissed at the refs, they are basically ruining games. It's about time a coach had the balls to tell the media where to go basically. Wish more people in this city would do that.

bombers lead the league in big plays, willy throws lots of short passes with quite a bit of yac yards, happened several times today, 5 10 yard pass turned in to a big gain... Just watching the game and watching other games, you can see with your own eyes that willy gets way less time to throw than pretty much every other qb in the league.

The ball wasn't catchable so how could they call PI. Even if he hadn't held the jersey, the ball wouldn't have been catchable. I've seen PI calls before when the pass non catchable. The defender didn't allow the receiver to make his cut towards the ball. inconsistency yet again. Not sure what you get from the refs week to week game to game. Same with the contacting the kicker call, last week ott vs sask, milo nailed, not called, this week, medlock not touched really at all.. penalty. Inconsistency is ruining the league. Oh and not just talking about bomber games, league wide the reffing is inconsistent and ruining games.

Honestly, the biggest WTF this game was "we can't review due to technical difficulties with the command centre". WTF was that about. THAT IS BUSH LEAGUE STUFF. The Command Centre uses the same TSN feed for reviews. So without the TSN feed to review. They couldn't review it. It's quite simple actually. thats very bush league then to be relying on the tsn feed, why bother going to the command centre then, why not go up to black and forde to make the call then. The play is under review by the tsn announcers is what they should be saying then. I'm not sure what you want them to do? It's the same in the NFL. The reviews are made based on the different camera angles provided by the broadcasting network. Otherwise the league would have to use their own cameras and that would never happen. This is the first time it's happened in history of league reviews. Not bad if you ask me. why couldn't they just use the replay from the in house feed, it was showed on the jumbo tron, for a situation that rarely to never happens, why not have a back up plan in case it does. I'd bet the NFL has a backup plan. Doubt you'd heard them say "technical difficulties".

I really don't think the tough love approach works these days. athletes these days are much softer than they were in the past. You could whip them boys in the past with well whips and they would come out the next week and respond, you do that to todays athlete and you probably don't get much reaction. You probably get the opposite actually.

alright let's pretend the offence sucked, hamiltons did too and if it wasn't for a special teams block leading to hamiltons only td, we win. Special teams unit can wear the goat horns again in my opinion.

Im curious why people always want to blame one guy after a loss or a few losses? their arguments never really make sense. It's never just one guy or one play.. could be argued at times that our special teams play (in general) has cost us some games but... i'm blaming the entire unit, not just one guy. Don't like the blaming one guy thing in very much the ultimate team sport cuz it rarely to never is one guy that cost us the win. Today? I'm gonna say it was special teams (in general) and i'm gonna say our oline crapped the bed a wee bit too.. same old problems really. Blaming willy? i dunno, maybe he deserves some praise for having the BALLS to play behind that swiss cheese oline. Pretty tough to get going when you basically on every other play (especially in the first half) have a guy in your face 2 seconds after the ball is snapped, hell 1.5 seconds. Oline is the biggest issue, without an oline, your offence will struggle at times. The best teams in the league, calgary especially, what do they have? a great oline, sask a great oline. The oline matters lots. we have a below average oline.

I'm not sure who was responsible for the blocked punt but we need a dedicated long snapper. Having Ian Wild doing the job is just too risky. Signing Chad Rempel would've been a great move. tsn guys were blaming lirim, it was a bad snap though. said lirim should have recognized the pressure and adjusted and kicked the ball to the other side... however, in my opinion he probably didn't recognize it because he had to basically grab the ball off the turf first.

lol i agree but the reason the refs are so awful is because they don't get 1. paid enough and 2. enough training. it's not a job for them, it's just like delivering flyers for a few extra bucks a week. Until they actually invest in training the refs better, this inconsistency and incompetency will always be there.

are you a doctor? Did you examine him? I'm sure they aren't risking his long term health for a non divisional game. Yeah... the bombers have never done that with QBs... Who did the bombers do that too in the past? Pierce? he was healthy, just prone to injury. Not like the bombers knew he'd get hurt, probably thought he might cuz he had a history of being hurt quite often, but Willy doesn't and Honestly, i doubt the coaches/trainers thought Buck would be hurt as much as he was. He's the only recent qb i can think of who they might have played when he was a little banged up but never with a serious injury, just minor ones, if you can suck it up and play, the football rules seem to say.. YOU PLAY!! And the other thing is, every football team in every league in the world (north america lol) do the same. If your starter is ready to play and he passes all the stuff he needs to do, that guy will play. Don't matter if it's the Bombers or the Steelers or the Saints or Lions(both CFL AND NFL) , if their starter gets hurt, he's back the second he's deemed ready even if some of us outsiders don't think he's ready and that's what we all need to remember, we are outsiders, they didn't say much about the injury at all, believe they said Sprain, that's it, any legit doctors in here? what the **** is a sprain really? Sounds minor. Dont matter if its drew willy buck pierce peyton manning ricky ray, name a guy, matt stafford, the second he's deemed ready by those with more knowledge about the actual injury than we have, He plays. It is what it is. If it was major, he wouldn't be playing.

After watching most but not all of the game, i don't understand how Montreal keeps winning but i can definitely see how Ottawa keeps losing. These guys are playing up the Expansion team factor too much, Don't think some/most/all of the mistakes Ottawa are making to lose these games is because they are an expansion team.
