  1. And 50 yards is Medlocks's range.
  2. And being in field goal range is not the same as being in the red zone
  3. It's an off season problem though. I don't see a scenario where Drew doesn't see the the field again. Maybe he makes the most of it, maybe he doesn't. But it's too early to roll with a bunch of question marks, especially with the entire coaching staff fighting for their jobs. And that's another can of worms - the coaching staff doesn't care about the salary cap - I doubt MOS wants Walters to throw Willy away.
  4. No one has ever questioned his ability to be a great ST coach. For better or for worse, he views it as a full third of the game and spends a lot of practice time on teams.
  5. Do you mean to write these nice little blog posts? because we have a few more people out there actually scouting.
  6. There aren't really "others". ourbombers is the original (as far as I know) but has died. The Extra Point replaced it and also has a dominate handful of people, but there is discussion. morningbigblue is the only alternative to TEP.
  7. That guy retired his jersey for this coming season.
  8. They're not going to give up Harris, are you crazy?
  9. This is what seems to happen to us: lets say we fire MOS. but we give Walters one more coaching hire, even though Sunderland seems to be a promising guy, available for promotion, our guy needs one more opportunity. New coach also craps the bed, Walters fired, Miller on the look out for a new GM to turn the organization around. Unfortunately, while we were giving Walters one more year, Sunderland had been hired somewhere else and we're forced to conduct an exhaustive search which results in us promoting Danny Mac to GM.
  10. It's not so bad. At least we wont get screwed over with the 2nd overall pick like the last couple of years. We deserve #1.
  11. Now that you mention it... i remember in previous unsuccessful seasons (2005ish), the media would make a huge deal about nfl cut down days and talk about air mailing bodies in. Haven't really heard that brought up at all lately. Maybe because no one good ever comes mid season and they finally clued in..
  12. The worst thing that could happen is they fire MOS, promote LAPO, and then retain LAPO as HC next season. I am sick of retaining part of the problem and and hoping to do better.
  13. Still don't think it happens. MOS may or may not make a QB change next week, but either way, he will likely go to Nichols at some point and he's going to get a few games with a different QB. Now if we make the move to Nichols and still get killed a couple of game sin a row, then we might see a coaching change.
  14. You think so? I personally couldn't get into it.
  15. I personally see several links and names
  16. It'd be nice to know if there is a possibility of him starting next week or if this is an injury that will take some time.
  17. Probably my favourite player right now.
  18. Bettman was booed. laine was cheered. there weren't a ton of people here for it.
  19. They were a hot mess no matter who was at QB. No way they finish ahead of Montreal, despite the Popp factor.
  20. I could definitely see that happening.
  21. I hope you just mean in Toronto.
  22. Many people have said this already, but remember this is just a depth chart. It doesn't accurately display where guys at WR and CB are going to be lined up. Dressler will play slot, Randle will flip sides (I would think following carter around). Lapo is not a guy who's going to lock in receivers to a single spot.
  23. Worked for me.
  24. That was CJ Wilson.
  25. Especially on the OL, where we've had so much inconsistency already.
