  1. I noticed Rose talking lots of smack most of the night.
  2. My concerns aren’t just in-game, but season long. You can pretend certain players aren’t injury prone if you want, but over the course of a 20+ game season, wouldn’t you want a guy like Jeffcoat to stay as fresh as possible? Hopefully Haba comes back relatively soon. At least they trusted him to be out there. A lot of the roster management stuff I talk about is on Walter too. We needed quality DEs in camp the last two years and it’s pretty bad that the one guy on the roster came after camp was already over. Our PR is filled with guys who will never play. Walters wears that too. EDIT: I obviously say that while prayer to my Trinity shrine every night, recognizing that we have been blessed with - by far - the best coach and GM in the league. These are complaints from a place of privilege that I feel I’ve earned from not seeing a Grey Cup win in my lifetime until in my 30s.
  3. 1 - Zach “M************ F****** Collaros 2 - Schoen/Lawler: this is what we expected in week 1 3 - Willie and the D. Bombers are still the best D in the league. HH - I’ll also give it to Brady for the make up TD
  4. This is the most uneasy I’ve ever felt this year and I’m still pretty confident in a win.
  5. He's been asked many times and just laughs.
  6. Unless we can show we can hang with BC and Toronto, we are not in the top tier with them like we've all been saying all year.
  7. BC has 9 guys on their DL.
  8. I still think it’s a mistake not to have more bodies on the DL. And benching Parker is hella confusing.
  9. From our last game against B.C., we’re also adding Houston, Lawson, and Lawler. None of whom were on the roster in the first game.
  10. It’s also not something I want? Why the hell do I want a guy calling the play before it happens? Analysis means telling me what happens after the fact. How did the O beat the D or vice-versa.
  11. If nothing else, he wasn't dropping punts out there like McCrae.
  12. I can almost understand sticking with Jackson at this point. Man is a beast back there. Keep Zach clean tomorrow. But between Cole Darby, and McCrae, we can't keep on some of Parker, Daramy-Swaray, and/or a piece on DL?
  13. Continue to play Krahmdi there, of course.
  14. I’d trust Dru Brown over whatever they got behind Chad. Although maybe they could convince MBT to come back for part of a season.
  15. I have more faith in our D than anyone. We aren't getting the headlines, but if our O keeps the TOP close, no one is scoring on us consistently with all our horses going. But we certainly need to handle their pass rush better than last time. Over the last couple of years, when we've struggled, it's because teams are getting pressure on Zach. So yes to the screens, and motion, and utilizing the run game beyond sending Brady up the middle - especially early. https://www.ctvnews.ca/video?playlistId=1.6485300
  16. The man (Jones) has no idea how to manage QBs. It's really like he wants them to fail.
  17. I honestly wouldn't care if they did it before. You know the guys who will get some interest beforehand.
  18. I honestly wonder why we haven't used him a little more in the passing game. The few times he does get the ball, it always seems to be successful.
  19. I was looking forward to seeing him prior to the BLM news.
  20. Early on it felt like too much, but it seems like they have gone away from it.
  21. For me it's really just DL depth/rotation (which is equally a Walters thing) - and LB rostering. I love the rest of the team across the board.
  22. Our starters are still the best across the board. I think most of our complaints have to do with depth and rotational players. PR misusage, etc.
  23. Finding a way to keep out of 2nd and long's early in the game would be helpful.
