I'm sad. I'm upset. But I think we've seen alot of progress this year. One thing we need to be proud of --- the boys had grit all year long. We lost some close ones (by 1 point) and could have been first in the west had we not stunk up the last few weeks. We've come back being down huge. We haven't seen that kind of grit in years. We had big injuries hit at the worst possible time. Can you bet if Westerman, Adams and others were still on the roster we'd have the same result? Don't think so. We need to fill a few gaps --- namely our DC, Secondary, and more depth at receiver, but no real blowing up the farm. We've made progress the last two y ears. Yes the end result sucks. I will down another drink. And then count the days to next year.

At this point in the week, we are under 24 hours to game day. I couldn't give a rats damn ass who plays now. Our team has heart. Our team is pissed off about last year in BC. Fired up. Go out and beat the living snot out of those 2nd green tree hugging pansies and punch a ticket to Calgary for the 19th.

I'm actually not concerned the sky is falling if flanders is out. Sure, he helped a ton on the blocks, we didn't really use him to the full extend we could have with harris b eing on fire. I'd be more concerned if harris went down.

The funny thing about this season... Wpg vs Toronto -- Medlock makes one of two missed FG's Wpg vs BC --- we don't lose that game in BC giving up the lead in the last minute... And we would be in first place in the west and not even having this conversation about coaches. Little things make the difference.

in the end, all that matters is who takes home the grey cup in 17 days. Everything else is just lip service. Calgary has proven time in and time out that having the best record means crap if you can't close the deal. Wpg vs Toronto in Ottawa.

If we want a sold out game - Riders. The green tards will climb out of the woodwork. If we want our best chance of winning - my gut says Riders as well (I think Reilly in the playoffs will be a bit more dangerous). If we want a kick ass grey cup match up --- Eskimos. My gut tells me riders go through the east in a cross over and we go all the way. Fingers crossed. As I said to the boys at the end --- "See you back here in 2 weeks"

my comments from being right up by the bench - damn it was cold, but we were far more prepared than the stamps for the weather. our boys didn't even act like it was affecting them much (except for one or two fumbles) - buckley looks like crap. If we can win next week, and the DL acts like beasts against BLM, the game is ours - our DL was top notch tonight - Ball Hawks. Nuff said. - minimal penalties - decent play calling considering the weather - bomber fans showed up - couple rider fans even taped "Bomber Fans 4 The Day" on their rider jerseys. LOL!

The food in the red and shite club is surprisingly good. Same with rum Game on

Keep in mind it only just started snowing 2 days ago. Until then we had nice weather. There's a bit of wind but not much. Snow is light. We haven't had as much as they warned (they were talking 25cms). It's not heavy. Assuming they are keeping the field reasonably clean it shouldn't be so bad. Nothing like where it's been snowing for weeks.

I think this game is going to be decided by special teams, and lots of run / short pump and dump passes. Whoever handles the coverage and tackling in the snow the best wins. (Predicting at least one Kick or Punt return for a TD)

Nice will see if i can spot you. One of my clients gave me tixs on the 50 yard line row 4 on the home side.... plus red and white club access. We may just stay indoors and load up on beer before venturing out. Lol

It's raining here, and wind is actually whipping pretty bad. I think you can chalk this one up to alot of ego for the stamps. Pretty sure they will come back strong next week.
